Where did wesley get clothes for Faith from in salvage?

The clothes don't really look like something Fred would where, and their not designer label so their not Cordy's- their just jeans and t-shirts and a denim jacket, which has always been Faith's style of clothing. Working class stuff.

They could very well have been Faith's clothes that she left at Angel's place during 'Sanctuary'.
Maybe after Faith went to jail Angel asked Wesley to keep them safe (as her former Watcher) in case Faith ever needed them one day- that way they didn't explode with the rest of Angel's first 'lair'.
I like this idea because this would mean that at least Faith has some possesions that she's managed to hang on to after all these years.

More likely that Wesley just ransacked a store during the blackout and grabbed some suitable clothes, with all the rioting and chaos I'm sure the police didn't notice or care about some missing clothes.

Cordelia could never be able to afford any sort of designer label brand on what she was living on in S4. The clothes she was wearing might have been upmarket, but they certainly wouldn't have been designer.

I know, in the real world, that the costumers and wardrobe department might have trailed around looking for a few key, high end pieces for most of the cast, but my reckoning is that they wouldn't have had the budget for any sort of designer wardrobe for Cordy or any of the characters. There was something in one of the docs that mentioned blowing a huge portion of their budgets on Spike and Angel's dusters.

As far as I can see, from what Faith ends up wearing, the jeans might very well have been Fred's, as we saw her in jeans many times, the tanks and shirts are generic enough to have been Cordy's, Fred's, Lilah's or even Willow's, after she arrived in LA. The boots as well could have been Fred's or Cordy's, since Fred and Gunn were holding down the fort when Angel and Cordelia were gone, she might have wanted something practical. Same goes for the leather jacket.
 
This is assuming that Wesley brought the clothes with him. I just assumed they stopped off at a store and picked some up. I have always wondered where Faith gets her clothes at. Where did she get the clothes she where in s7 Buffy? Where did she get the clothes after she woke up from a coma, not counting the girl she beat up and stole clothes from. Or in S3 where she is pretty much poor, she only wears maybe 5 or 6 piece of clothing twice. She as more clothes than I do. Either the council was giving her money or she stole some, which we see in 'Bad Girls' she's ok with stealing. I do like the idea that Angel held onto her things, but she only had a small backpack and that only had the clothes that she wore in those two eps in S1. So I'm going to say that she got new clothes in S4.
 
True but I thought they were already in wesleys car when she got changed in the back,so I just assumed he brought them. Faiths shirt looked a little small for her though so maybe it could have been freds

I just assumed that the Mayor had set her up some sort of allowance while she was working for him, and, being the sort of person that Faith is, having the memories of her first Watcher and Kokistos, she would have planned ahead by having some sort of "bug out bag," consisting of at least a change of clothes, maybe a few small, easily concealed weapons, and a small amount of cash, stashed somewhere handy, away from the apartment that Wilkins provided for her, maybe in a convenient crypt or deserted building.

I suppose this is what I meant- upmarket more than designer. Cordy always struck me as somebody with good fashion taste even if she didn't have the budget for it. She'd try and shop cannily so she could at least look designer.
Faith's clothes just seem too generic to be something Cordy would normally wear.

I think Faith just likes wearing tight t-shirts and pants to be honest. It's a style she feels comfortable with ever since S3 of Buffy.

I don't think Faith is the type for planning ahead. Maybe the mayor left her some money in the envelope that had the video. I just assume she robbed a store, because they were new clothes.

And were not complaining 🙂 lol. I really like Faith's style, it's tough and tomboy, but still girly enough.
 
It looks to be an SUV or some form of Jeep, from what I can tell from the screencaps. Plenty of room for anyone to get changed in. Especially someone like Faith who doesn't give a damn about modesty.

It's not that she wouldn't have minded, she just didn't care enough to be an issue. This is the same girl who fought vampires naked, after all.

As for Wes, yes, he changed a lot in LA, but at his heart, he's still that same stuff, innocent guy he was back in Sunnydale. He would have done everything he could NOT to look. There are men out there with morals and the ability treat women as people and not sex objects.

It's not like Faith is a big girl, and it's not that hard to get dressed in the back of a car. With everything that was happening I don't think Faith would have cared if Wes accidentally saw, maybe if he was being a perv about it she might have said something, but also that was not on his mind at the time. If he did see anything, he didn't pay it any attention. I'm assuming he either had the clothes already in the backseat, or she waited in the car while he ran into a store to get her clothes. Not sure how far away from LA they were at that time though.

Yea, so they drove all the way to LA before Faith decided to change clothes. Maybe they got in the car and she just took a nap until Wesley woke her up and told her to change. Also she recaps what Wes told her, but did he tell her that when he got in the car and she passed out woke up and was like what did u just say? Doesn't really matter but it does always bug me in shows and movies when people bring up stuff that should be talked about right away but they always wait til just before they get there, because we gotta move the plot along. Anyways I still think Wes stopped off and got her clothes.
