Where is this quote from??

I saw this quote on the main page and honestly do not think this is from any BtVS episode.

Buffy: But how did the debriefing go? Riley: I told you not to worry about that. It went great. They made me surgeon general. Buffy: Why didn't you come and tell me? We could have celebrated. Riley: Oh. We're drawing up a plan for world domination. The key element? Coffee-makers that think. Buffy: World domination? I-is that a good? Riley: Baby, we're the government. It's what we do.

Oh... Well if it is that makes sense, then, 'cause I hate that episode and try not to watch it much. LOL
 
It's definitely from Restless, it's one of my favorite scenes from the episode in fact. 🙂 Although it makes me a little bit wary of coffee-makers.... 😉
 
The best part of that scene was the "Baby, we're the government" part, as the camera pans under the table to reveal the gun. That was just....so cool to me. 😉

And now I'm quickly exiting the thread. My heart can't take anymore Restless hate. 😛
 
I have to admit. It took me a few sentenses but by the coffee-makers I knew where the quote came from.

About Restless in general the first time I watched it I was left confused and wasn't found of it but now it's among my favourites. Not at the very top but still high on the list. It's still weird but now I can appriciate it more.
