Where O where can we refer to the homeless as being?

Now that there is an ever larger number of members without a designated dorm house (Black Thorn or Sineya). Could we (you wonderful people you) start a named place for those who have chosen to be homeless such as those who have chosen not to be in one of the sites dorm houses, have the homeless designated dorm be, ' Cemeterian ' (For those who would prefer to be without a chosen Dorm). Yes it is a name similar to where old threads go ie The Cemetery.
Another name I thought of that might be acceptable for those who choose not to be of the dorms Sineya or Black Thorn, be they designated as a Cellar Dweller.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I thought of a name likened to Black Thorn so, considering that those people are members of Buffy Boards how about some names that are likened to that of Sineya?

Each of the "houses. dorms, collection of souls" or what ever you call them should post the benefits of why a perspective victim....err... recruit should join your particular cloister.
