Where would you fit?

If you were in the world of Serenity/Firefly where would you be? Would you be a pilot? A rancher? A grifter? A companion? Would you be a scientist or soldier? Something else?

Would you prefer to live on the outer planets? Or the sophisticated and civilized alliance controlled worlds?

What features would your ship have?

I want to live where Shepherd was before he boarded, as he grew strawberries, and we don't see much fresh food on the ship just those protein packs.

I might be a pilot since I love driving. 🤔 I’d like to be on a ship like Mal’s with a tight-knit crew, even if it is a very old one. 😄
Or I might be a comms specialist on some Alliance ship. 🤔 (OK this one is more likely in Mass Effect universe)

I think I would be a rancher on an outer moon. I dont travel well and prefer the company of animals over shiney lit streets. I wouldn't have a ship of my own, but be a passenger, using the opportunity to meet all sorts of people from far and wide.

Flight engineer. It would be great to work with Kaylee but I doubt there would be provisions for two engineers on a small ship like Serenity.

Smuggler and drug dealer . I'd probably latch on to a ' nice but mean' crew and lease a bit of space in the hold . Run my thing as a sidehustle . I can't help thinking I'd want to avoid the rough stuff and heists . Surely there's big money in war salvage . There's ways to make a living without getting shot at .
