Which Affected you more?

For sure Angelus killing Jenny. Broke my damn heart, but I Guess we couldnt have another women in Giles life..he may not have played the kind of role we all wanted him to with Buffy...ya know, there for her all the time father figure role. I dunno...me babling.
 
I think that Buffy killing Angel effected me more because I think that was when the whole weight of the world finaly dropped onto Buffy's sholders and she finaly had to realise what sacrifices she was gonna have to make for the world.
 
Buffy killing Angel was the one that affected me more but it's really tightened up wit Giles finding Jenny's body, not her death but the scene where he goes to his house finds the rose to when he finds her, with the music on...
Really I start crying that scene is so sad!!
 
Angelus killing Jenny. It was just so dark and unexpected. It was harrowing to watch especially after the gang had all stopped talking to her before it happened. She didn't deserve it and she was not only innocent but selfless in her attempt to restore Angel's soul. The subsequent events were painful and dealt with incredibly well. It was terrible watching Giles discovering the body and seeing him trying to seek the vengeance that he couldn't possibly achieve. It affected everybody and the grief never seemed to fade. It was easily the most affecting piece of drama in Season Two.

Drusilla killing Kendra. I was completely unaffected by Kendra's death. I don't know if that's because I didn't know the character as well as I should have or whether it was because it moved on so quickly. Kendra seemed to be a very hard and unsociable person and therefore I don't think anybody really mourned her loss as much as they would have if she had been the opposite. She appeared very briefly and wasn't given enough time to devolop fully so as an audience it was difficult to relate to her. Afterwards it didn't really focus on it much it just moved on without a moment to even think about the loss.

Buffy killing Angel. It was so very tragic and slightly romantic in a twisted kind of way. The scene itself didn't really affect me but the subsequent events (Buffy leaving Sunnydale, Buffy struggling to cope and Angel coming back) affected me greatly. It was quite difficult to see Buffy in pain but she became easier to relate to. It all seemed to come full circle and I found it to be highly entertaining and heartfelt but it is certainly not one of the most affecting scenes in the show or indeed the Season for that matter. Maybe it's because watching it now I know Angel will return so it's not as upsetting as it may have been when I originally watched it.

I wasn't affected by Kendra's death at all, either. She was not a bad character but I didn't care about her at all.
 
angelus killing jenny very much! 🙁 it was just cause of the way he laid it out and what he did to giles and the background music. buffy killing angel was second though; it was also sad. kendra's death did not effect me much at all.
 
I think Angelus killing Jenny.

I was so dark. It really affected Giles so much because he loved her. it was just so sad. I thought that Buffy killing Angel was sad too but she did it so the whole world wouldn't get sucked into hell. So yeah Angelus killing Jenny. It affected everybody, Jenny's students, Buffy, Giles, Willow, and Xander. They were all friends and they loved each other like they were there family memebers.
 
i think Buffy killing Angel is one of the biggest moments in thw whole of buffy but i Like him killing jenny just because Angelous is such a good villian. just so smart nd evil at same time
 
Its tough Angel killing Jenny comes to mind, but the overall importance to the show when Buffy killed Angel has to be considered. Its a close call for me but im gonna have to go with Buffy killing Angel.
 
Probably... Angel killing Jenny. It was so horrible and dark... I would say Buffy killing Angel but since we all know he comes back in season 3 it's not as big as it would be...
 
Drusilla Killing Kendra - No. I never liked Kendra and she didn't stay for long.

Angelus Killing Jenny - Yes. I saw a differant side of Giles when he fought (Or at least tried 😉) Angel. Plus, I liked Jenny 🙁

Buffy Killing Angel - Well, he came back so not really. At the time it did.
 
Angel killing Jenny was a huge turning point in this series. Up until now, we had seen Angel only as a hero, helping Buffy any way he could. Even after he turned, he hadn't done anything overly horrible.

But the way that Angel hunted, killed, and staged the scene for Giles was vicious. Definately a sad moment.
 
Angelus Killing Jenny surpised me the most. Buffy talked about killing Angel towards the end so when she did it wasn't as much of a surprised. I was more upset by Jenny's death mostly because of how Angelus left Jenny in Giles house. I didn't like Kendra so yeah i didn't really care when she died. I liked Drusilla so it didn't bother me.

Ditto! I found that scene of Giles discovering Jenny so heart wrenching, and Jenny's death at the hands of Angelus definitely affected me the most, her actual death scene was quite abrupt really, but it was the aftermath that had the most impact for me.

While Jenny's scene was extremely abrupt and therefore not really "emotional", I found it shocking. I didn't expect them to do it so bluntly. But like .78 seconds after Angel killed her I felt an incredible sadness because...well, Jenny rocked.

I know, I couldn't believe that her death was so quick, and well, that they had killed her off - I loved her character & would of liked to have seen in later eps. :(

i loved her character too! it wouldve been interesting to see what wouldve been done with her.
Buffy killing Angel... that was just horibble. I know I wouldn't be able to do it to Angel, and I'm not forever-in-love with him... I think I'd just dive in the vortex with him.
