Which Buffyverse villain did you want to see go down the most?

For me, it was Caleb. While I enjoyed the character, I don't think there was ever a bad guy I wanted to see lose more.
 
Warren, if you can call him a villain.
I hate him, even though he's the reason that the Season 6 finale is as awesome as it is. It's a pleasure seeing him getting killed by Willow.
 
Even though I absolutely loved Nathan Fillion's portrayal of Caleb, I couldn't wait to see Buffy kill him. Out of all the villains she had faced, he was probably the strongest except for Glory. I was rooting for her to find a way to kill him... And the way she did was brilliant. 😉

Angelus, i loved david's acting and everything but that guy was MEAN!!! he was such a............yeah that sentence is better left unfinished. but he needed to go down.
i love angel though!!
 
Warren or Caleb.
Warren was one of the most annoying villians in BtVS. I cannot believe that he lasted that long in S6, so I wanted him to go down BAD.
(though I felt that the flaying was a little gruesome)

And since Caleb was uber strong, I wanted him to go down also.
Plus, he maimed Xander... D:<
 
I think I also have to go with Warren. Even though he was sort of a joke as far as villains go, I hated him more than any of the others. Maybe just because he was more annoying than scary or mysterious like most of the villains I enjoy watching...
 
I'm going with Caleb too. He's definitely my least favourite character of the series. I just found him really annoying, though I'm not quite sure why.
 
I'm caught between Warren and Caleb. I really wanted both of them to go down badly. I think Warren getting killed was probably one of the most satisfying and enjoyable moments of the entire of Season 6.

I really enjoyed having Angelus around the times we did and I don't really enjoy Angel as a character so I never wanted his demise!
 
I may be in the minority, but I actually loved Caleb. I honestly would've preferred him as the season long villain, as his position as a misogynistic preacher would've given us a lot to think about as far as religion and sexism, and etc. But anywho -

WARREN.

God I wanted him killed so bad, but not because he was a sorry excuse for a villain, which IMO, he was far from it. He worked so well because we weren't supposed to, and didn't, take him seriously. And that very thing is what caused him to hurt the Scoobies in ways they couldn't have imagined. There are Warrens everywhere in society, and that's what made him more effective, and more scary. I probably wouldn't catch a hell god walking down the street, but it's disturbing when there are creeps like him actually in the world, living next door to you.

So, to put it in a nutshell, I had an orgasm when Warren got flayed alive. 😉
 
Am I the only one who thought Willow (not Warren) was the villain of season 6??
I wanted to see Faith get her ass kicked but the Mayor was the real villain of season 3. I'm gonna go with Caleb. Thought he was awesome but it was really satisfying watching Buffy take him down.
 
[MENTION=12004]Aimee[/MENTION] some people actually do see Willow as the villain, but I don't see neither one as the main villain of the season. Life itself was the Big Bad. Just getting through the day was a struggle for them.

It sure was satisfying to see Caleb go down but the one I was looking forward the most to be beaten was Warren. Can't say that I love the flaying scene. I do enjoy him a lot more when played by the first. Go figure.

I really enjoyed Caleb as the bad guy as well. But while I was entertained by him, at the same time (and this is probably the mark of a great villain), I really wanted Buffy to just end him. He was a great character (and despite what the Buffy production team repeatedly states in the episode commentaries, it's a little hard not to interpret Caleb as a dark metaphor for religion), and I never found him annoying or anything, but that doesn't mean I didn't want to see him get his. After Dirty Girls, who wasn't dying to see Buffy just break him?

Warren is a good (and from all accounts here, very popular) choice. I liked the point of there being far too many people like Warren out there in everyday life. Very true.
 
I don't know about BtVS, but from AtS I so wanted to see Wolfram and Hart (The entire corporation) to go down- Now don't get me wrong, I consider Lindsey, Lilah, Holland, and Gavin some of the most interesting characters in the Buffyverse, and AtS just wouldn't have worked without Wolfram and Hart- but I was always rooting for tem Angel to take them down.
