I actually think Wes is good looking period but it makes him less attractive I guess when he's acting all geeky lol.

Wood: 1 16th as interesting as Holtz but he is a good looking man.

Tara: Earthy and super nice to boot. I wish I were a lesbian.

Faith: She's hot but the slightly husky voice does it for me as well.

Anne: I mean the girl who ran the shelter not Spike's mother. She's cute and underrated. Heart of gold as well. Couldn't stand her on Btvs though as Lily or Chanterelle.

Willow: I want to hug her for eternity. I have a major crush on this girl.

As for the girls, Drusilla, Faith, Darla, Buffy, Willow, Anya, Cordy... all of them are just so pretty 🙂

And! Fred/Illyria. I didn't watch Angel, but I have seen pictures of her. I think she looks really gorgeous!

Fred: I thought she was pretty cute in the earlier seasons, but by S5 she turned into a really gorgeous woman. 😀

Willow: She was quite pretty in that intelligent way.

Harmony: After seeing her on Angel again today, I realized how pretty she really was again.

Obviously, pretty much everyone on the series are good looking(except fruit punch mouth haha =P) but as for who attracted me?

Even though i'm usually not attracted to blondes, I got a crush on Buffy. Not so much in season 1, but from s2 on, not only is she beautiful but also the character itself is tragic and is one of the few on the shows who made me feel a lot for them. She's a real hero.

Outside of her, I'm really not sure. Willow is cute, Faith is really hot sometimes. Fred as Illyria was nice too, but we didn't see her long enough =(
 
Summer Glau is Buffyverse!! Waiting in the Wings!!! Angel and Cordy's first kiss!!! The most beautiful relationship that never was (except maybe Fred and Willow....)

I agree about Amy Acker. After seeing her in a couple other projects (DH, Supernatural), separated from Fred's character, I realized how gorgeous she really is. And a great actress, too.

Mercedes is pretty, too. Did you know her and James dated for a while?

As for the original thread question, I'm going to have to agree with Renee in that Joss really knows how to cast, overall, very attractive people.

For me personally, here is my list:

Darla. I have always thought she was really beautiful.
Wesley. That dark, tortured, rugged thing he had going on Season 4 of Angel really worked for him.
Spike. This goes without saying. Spike is so hot, it should be illegal. 😉
Lilah. Totally hot. Period.
Lindsey. Need I say more?
