Which characters would prevail in a deathmatch?

Following in the footsteps of ladykaos' "Who would kick the most booty" thread, I present the following deathmatches:

A {vamped out} ANGEL or SPIKE vs. BLADE.

and

The Slayer (BUFFY or FAITH) against SELENE from "Underworld" or MINA HARKER from "The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen".

Place your bets! Who wins?
 
ooohhh darknut, I don't know either of the chick characters you are having battle. 🙁

As much as I luv Spike and Angel, Blade is pretty bad ass...hmm...I don't know...okay I'm going to go ahead and go with Angel. He is older and has much more battle experience, he ultimately knows what he's doing! Go Angel!
 
Hmmm.....normally I might have agreed with Chasity's choice, but having watched Angel's recent fight, I don't think I can go with him in this instance.

Angel and Spike are both excellent fighters, but BLADE can kick some serious @ss.
I'll go with BLADE on this one.....probably taking them BOTH out in simultaneous combat. Now THAT would be one hell of a long, jaw-dropping fight.

As for the SLAYERS (Buffy and Faith), individually....both could defeat SELENE, but they REALLY need to be on their game for that fight, as SELENE is definitely no pushover.

As for the either of the SLAYERS against MINA HARKER, hmmm, I'll have to get back to you on that one, as I have yet to watch "LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN".
 
in the Blade/Angel/Spike fight, I think Spike would be taken out first, he likes to play too much and Blade won't stand for that. I'm kinda torn over Blade/Angel. Are the "Blade" vampires stronger than Buffyverse vamps?
 
I think the average vampire in both verses are just as strong, but the enemies Blade fights are more up level vamps, where as in the Buffyverse vampires hardly get that strong and demons are the enemies in their place.

They don't appear to be STRONGER, at least not to me, but they definitely are FASTER than Buffyverse vamps. And while the vampires of BOTH universes are able to heal quickly from injuries, the BLADE vamps are able to regenerate their limbs if severed, can't remember if Buffyverse vamps can. And I do agree with ALLYCAT's assessment....Blade does tend to fight the more powerful or better trained vamps, which gives him an edge.

I can see why you're torn between ANGEL and BLADE.....Angel COULD beat Blade, but he HAS to put up a much better showing than he did when he fought recently....definitely be on his game....otherwise Blade would dust him.
 
That would just kill ya, wouldn't it Rayne? Watching your beloved SPIKE be reduced to a pile of ash....oh the humanity! 😛
 
I already HAVE had to watch that! And I spent a half an hour in the bathroom crying like a 16 year old girl at prom that just found her boyfriend macking with the school skank! It was pretty harsh...thanks for bringing back the memories OLD MASTER!!!
