which CSI do YOU prefer?

which CSI series do you like the best? csi, CSi miami, or Csi ny.. or maybe you only like 2 of them, or maybe you like none, or maybe you only like one or all tree... here is the place to tell how you feel.. maybe you are holding back strong feelings (LOL😉) for one or more of the shows... and WHY do you like the CSI(s) you like the most?

I like Miami... Don't know why but the old guy in the regular CSI creeps me out. And NY, well, that's going to be just like CSI Miami or CSI, so I just didn't want to watch it. :lol:

The only one i've not seen yet is the NY one. I watch both the Miami and the Las Vegas one and the Las Vegas one for me is far superior. I mean the science is the same but its the characters that I have issues with. They don't gel together as much as the Vegas ones and you don't tend to explore their personal lives much.

Horatio I can't stand, Grissom I adore, he is the type of person i'd like to work for. One thing that got me was in an episode of Miami where the witness was, mentally disabled and the way Horatio treated him really got to me, not really trusting him and not listening to what he had to say. Yet previously in Las Vegas with a similar situation Grissom took interest in the guy, and in what he had to say and did not treat him any different because of his disabilities.

Yet saying that I still watch Miami, purely for the forensics, but you can't beat Vegas.

The LV one is definitely the best. Miami and NY are more like cop shows than CSI. I want the analysis stuff that made the first one great, if I want a cop show I'll watch something else.

I like the original CSI the best.... Grissom really knows his stuff and all the cast mesh well.The characters work well together as a team even if they disagree. Hoping sooner or later that Grissom and Sarah hook up. CSI Miami is getting better but the blonde chick (cant remember her name) gets on my nerves, she acts as though she is better than everyone else, the characters just dont seem to have much in common to make them a team. CSI NY is just awful.. sorry for those that disagree but it just is another version of Law and Order with forensics thrown in. Maybe its just because Gary Sinise (sp?) has normally played the villian in movies that I just cannot picture him as a good guy.

The original CSI is my favorite too. CSI Miami was ok, haven't yet seen the NY one, but so far I liked the original the best 🙂 All of the plots and everything...it was just really good 😀

I think the original is best.In fact,I'm watching it right now...🙂

I've never watched any other ones,but I almost always stick with the originals...I dont think the others would be as good.🙂

i really dis like miami, i don't like Horatio.. not one bit, and his char is like such a bad version of Grissom, like he wants to be him almost... and the chars in miami, is not that good, like that cop lady whow was on NYPD blue.. *shivers* gosh.. bad...

the LV CSi is so good, that to me Miami can't compare.. and like you said about the chars "gel together"... so true.. though miami has a couple of good eppys, caues of the stories..

Now the NY one, i accually liked that one.. it's more, well a cop show, but i like that, casue maybe, jus maybe, they won't turn into a csi LV wannabe... cause the 2 eppys i've seen so far was not bad! and the actors were better then i miami, and even though i've only seen ep 0ne and two... there might be something there, as long as they don't screw it up! cause there can only be one CSI LV...

i really like how grissoms team work togethe, and how it's mostly work based, not so much personal, but still theys let us see some of their life out side work, and that is nice.. and Grissom really is a great char! and he even though his people skils aren't as good as cathrine(sp?) he still has the ability to take care of someone in the way that FAITH described over...

I love two for these reasons...Las Vegas...Grissom, who, I guess I'm a bit like...***looks at polexia*** and a cast that is easy to like.

Miami: Horatio Kane...(love the name). Remember, Horatio is a COP FIRST. He was on the bomb squad, and he's a cop before anything else...with him, it's all about getting his perp, and science is his tool. Look at the stories when he deals with kids, and you'll see him shine. Grissom is all about the science, and the crime is secondary...a small difference, I know, but it explaines the differences in the characters...

My all-time fave is original CSI Las Vegas. I just love ALL of the characters. Grissom is my fave but they all just work so well together, and they each have a really interesting back story.

I'll watch CSI Miami occasionally, I don't really have any problems with it...it's just not the same as LV.

I've been watching CSI NY, I'm giving it a few more episodes before I make up my mind about it. I like Gary Sinise and think he could be good in the role. I love NYC (fave city ever!) so the setting is appealing to me. Not crazy about the main chick on it..but we'll see.

Jenny: i've seen the 3 first eppys of csi:ny... i like their scenery, and the colors they used... and yeah, Gary s. is such a great actor.. his char in csi:ny he is so tortmented it seems.....and that stella woman(the woman who plays her does a better role here then in providence, which was a bit of a bore 😉) well, i'm also giving it a chance.

I love CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. I've not seen the NY one yet but I have watched a few of the Miami ones and for some reason I just don't like it as much as the LV one.

The characters are more likeable in LV.
