Which one of the 5 FOX influenced episodes would you can.

Theres been alot of talk about FOX having creative control over the first five episodes of Dollhouse, and not many people liked this idea. So if you had to choose which episode would you get rid of?
 
Hmm well I don't know actually I guess i'll choose the one with least impact and that was episode 4 but I still love it 😛
 
I'm gonna say episode 2...I really did not like it at all.
 
If i had to chose one it would be Stage Fright...it just was't as memorable as the other episodes...it just i didn't like it as much either....but i don't think i'd really chose to get rid of any really.
 
I'd say Stage Fright loses compared to the others. It was good fun to watch, but just a bit forgettable in the end.
 
I would have got rid of True Believer, I found it really boring and if it had been on tv I would have turned over.
 
I would get rid of episode 2, The Target. All that "shoulder to the wheel" nonsense. Hated that episode.
But personally I don't think Fox had that much control. Just sounds like Joss pulling his usual tactic, of placing the blame somewhere else, when his work turns out bad.
 
It's pretty well established that network television heavily dictates the direction of a lot of its programs though.

I'd get rid of episode four. What a pile of crap that was for the most part.
 
It's not like FOX said "OK, we demand this and this and this." It's been made pretty clear they were never very unfair, and I'm pretty sure JOSS decided to give them those episodes. Had he refused to do five stand alone episodes do you really think FOX would have put up a fight? No. At the very most it was just a compromise that they both agreed on.

That being said, I thought despite the fact that the episodes were supposedly "stand-alones" they all did an excellent job of slowly building towards episode six and I wouldn't get rid of any of em, they were all enjoyable.
 
I wouldn't get rid of any of them. At the most, I might want to rearrange them, once the season is complete and I've seen all of them.
