My friends and I were talking today and we had a discussion about: If you had to lose one of your 5 senses which would you choose?
 
Well, that's pretty easy for me. I am by far the picky-est person I know. I don't try anything new to eat. I stick to everything regular, and of course candy. But if I lost my sense of taste, I wouldn't have to worry about eating too much (because I wouldn't care for eating), or hating what I eat. I could eat broccoli without gagging.🙂
 
i voted smell
i could live without that
yeh food would be more bland, but thats ok, als no more smelling allt he GROSS smells
or the bad BO of people
 
I also voted smell. It basically came down to taste and smell and there's some pretty bad smells out there that you can't avoid but taste is more a matter of preference.

Also I might be willing to try new foods if the smell didn't put me off first!
 
I voted smell as well!!!!! I think i could live with out smell more than the others on the list!!!!
 
I couldn't actually do without any of my senses, I'd be lost without any of them. 🙂
 
It came down to taste and smell so I chose smell. Eating would become really boring if you couldn't taste anything. Couldn't do without the other senses though.
 
At the moment, it would have to be smell, cuz ive got a huge cold, feeling crappy, and i cant smell a damn thing!
 
I think we definatly dont want to lose our common sense, just look at Bush. So i voted for Smell cos my friend at work has stonking breath and BO it really doesnt mix well and i could enjoy my work more if it wasnt for BO Joe.
