Throughout the show, the scooby gang used different places as setting for their meetings. Some have been destroyed, some were just blah. Which one did you like better?

I liked the library, I always wished mine was like the one in Buffy, full of weaponry and books on the occult. 😛
 
My favourites are the library and the Magic Shop, but I can't really say which one was my ultimate favourite 😀

I'm the same way. I didn't even vote because I can't pick. I think they both made their seasons better for the time they were used.

The Library. I loved the Magic Box too, but the Library will always be the first and best Scooby hang out for me! It's where it all began!
 
I can't pick. I used to miss the library so much, but now I don't care as much. I think I actually prefer Giles' apartment, even though I usually just think of the library and the magic box. But the library and magic box was just so open. Giles' apartment was a lot less public, which added a certain charm, a feeling of home.

I never liked everyone hanging out in Buffy's house in season 7 though. It made sense, but I didn't care for it.

Don't like the castle from season 8 either.
 
I absolutely loved the Library, it had weapons, books and it was the school library so they had a cover story at all times; plus, it's where the Scooby meetings started. Awww nostalgia.

The Magic Box would be a close second though, I really liked the big workout/training room they had set up in the back. Plus the loft with the serious more dangerous books was pretty cool.

I was never a big fan of Giles apartment or Buffy's house being used...even though it did make sense.
 
I might prefer the later season but nothing beats the library to me. On this subject. 😉

I love both the Magic Box and The Library. Theyre both significant, The Library for the Highschool years and the Magic Box for the later years. I really missed the Magic box in season 7.
 
Anyone else thinks Giles' apartment was a compromise, like they couldn't find a better setting after the library exploded, and they (the writers/Joss) said to themselves, "okay, whatever"?
 
The library,without a doubt,my favourite. I loved when a student came to use the library and the Scoobies were really confused as to why he was there!

I actually felt like Buffy's house was more like that. I liked having them at Giles' house because in my mind it represented their lack of ability to let go of him and embrace their "grown up" sides.
 
The library, for definite. Everything about it feels right. I remember my old school having one quite similar to it, although modern looking, it had that cool feel to it that the Sunnydale High library has.
 
The library was my favorite, so classic. It is right above the Hellmouth. I loved it from the first moment (Giles slamming down the Vampyre book) to the last (blowing up the Mayor in the library). Giles: "I'm just going to stay and clean up a little. I'll be back in the Middle Ages." Jenny: "Did you ever leave?"

The Magic Box is my next favorite. All the great stuff there, the cool training room, the balcony (the dark books, remember Tara singing on the ladder in OMWF and the gang sitting up there in Checkpoint?), the basement with the mummy hand LOL.

Giles apartment has some funny memories: Spike in the bathtub, Giles: "Xander, don't speak Latin in front of the books", drunk Giles & the gang fighting in The Yoko Factor.

Buffy's house is my least favorite, as least from a Scoobies headquarters POV. I love the house in general: roomy but cozy. I do love the Scoobies hanging out there in Restless & part of their dreams occurring there, and I love the Faith & Buffy dreams in Dawn's future bedroom.

I couldn't pick between the library and the Magic Box, but finally went with The Magic Box. The library is classic, but I feel like they needed to grow out of that at some point, and I liked seeing them actually do things in the Magic Box. The library was rarely used as an actual library lol. I liked the running joke of that, but at the same time it was pretty cool seeing Anya run The Magic Box with Giles, the Scoobies working there, Buffy training in the back room, Dawn having it as an after school place to do homework, stuff like that. I missed it when they relocated to Buffy's house. 🙁
