Was better in bed? Buffy or Faith? I know, I know, but I just had to ask. Yes, Faith was initially presented as the one who gets off on violence, but as the series progresses, we see that Buffy is not unlike Faith in that she can be quiet the wild child. Just curious, explain your reasoning.
 
Haha, is this an appropriate question? lol. I think Faith and Buffy are probably very different in bed. So it might just depend on what you like. Spuffy sex aside, Buffy seems to be more of a passionate/emotional lover, where as Faith is all about just having a good time. It sounds like Faith has more experience sexually, but it's kinda like which is better, quantity or quality. If you want someone that actually cares about you, you probably go with Buffy. If you wanna bust out the bull whip and school girl outfits, you go with Faith.
 
Well, this is all inferring anyway judging by what is said about each girl by other people.

I guess it depends on what you want in a sexual encounter.
If you want something more tender/romantic then I'd suppose (given from what's inferred) that Buffy would be the obvious choice. But if you want wild/uninhibited then I just keep on thinking back to Faith (in Buffy's body) talking with Spike in 'Who Are You':

FAITH: 'Cause I could do anything I want and instead I just pout and whine and feel the burden of slayerness? I mean, I could be rich, I could be famous, I could have anything. Anyone.... Even you, Spike. I could ride you at a gallop till your legs buckled and your eyes rolled up, I've got muscles you've never even dreamed of, I could squeeze you till you popped like warm champagne and you'd beg me to hurt you just a little bit more.
Even after all the antics of S6 he remembers that little speech.

So yeah, I like a little bit of crazy in a girl. Tends to lead to a more memorable encounter all-round. Just...no strangling/choking, and we agree on a safe word. 😉

And I know somebody's going to bring up Wood's assessment of Faith's love-making skills ('...very enthused...') but since he knows nothing else about her then why is he so interested in wanting to date her? Because he was trying to puncture her ego (like she did to him earlier on with the 'I'll call you if I need you.') with a joke is why.

Rather, I think that this is a case of Wood's attempt to goad Faith into something that we have pretty much seen her avoid with every man who she has had sex with on the show, a repeat performance. Faith has, up to this point, been a one night stand girl. Use 'em and leave 'em, then get ready for the next night of Slaying. The man apparently has a thing for Slayers, first Buffy, then Faith, and I think that it's no accident that the only mention of him past Season 7 is that he has surrounded himself with more Slayers in Cleveland.
 
Buffy 'cause, as with everything else, she simply has more experience than Faith. From what we've seen Faith slept with Xander - once, with Riley - once and she also had a short term thing with Wood and that's it, living in celibacy ever since. Buffy, on the other hand...I don't need to summarize Buffy's sex life, right? Men, woman, dead, living, soulless, ensouled - you get the point.
 
Depends which type you prefer. Buffy's more passionate and Faith just loves having some fun.
 
I prefer more tender, soulful, romantic sex (oh.my.god. tmi) so Buffy. Plus, I am attracted to Buffy much more.

Faith would be the knee-jerk response for a lot of people, but I have been with those types of women, and I just think they try too hard. If you're trying too hard it usually ends up not being so good. And outspoken people who talk a big game (like Faith does all the time) usually don't amount to as much in bed I think, because it is clear that such a posture usually indicates a massive insecurity (or plural) and those types usually flop in bed too. Now if Faith (with the same outgoing and risk-taking personality) was more the soft spoken, quiet super-confident type about her sexuality (everything else about Faith being the same), and not blatantly upfront and in your face all of the time about it, than I would say she probably would be a super fun romp in the bed. Those types of cool and confident women know they are good and require no self-advertizing. That goes for men and women both. Confidence is where the sex is best. And I have in mind more Faith on Buffy as opposed to on Angel when I say these things about Faith by the way. Especially S3 Faith screams insecurity (obviously) and there is too much of it for me to believe she would rock my world. Give me Buffy over Faith any day (especially during S3). Any day.

Yeah, when I answered Faith I was just thinking about S4 of Angel/S7 of Buffy- how she turns out after prison. S3 never entered my head.

No ok seriously now 🙂, they have different personalities and definitely express their sexuality in a different way. Neither is better than the other, just different. But I also believe that Buffy and Faith respectively represent light and shadow that is inside them, like two opposite faces of the same coin. So yeah... different but also equal ...and we all know that the boundaries between light and shadows in sexuality become more blurred.
 
As everyone said, it depends on the type of sexual partner that you prefer 😛

A warm, soft flour tortilla spread wrapped around a crunchy corn taco shell... I'm hungry at the thought.
