Which superheroine should I be? Party panic! :)

Me and my husband are having a superhero theme party and I was wondering if you guys could help me decide which heroine to be? I was thinking about Wonder Woman, Poision Ivy (not sure she counts as a superhero though? Maybe she's more of a villain? But she is saving the enviroment... 🙂) or Batgirl, but in the same time I thought it would be more fun to be someone who looked a little bit more like me, maybe with some similar features or with the same hairstyle. As I'm not as knowledgeable about superheroines though so I don't know if such a heroine exist. I took a picture with my phone of me so you guys could judge - here:

Any suggestions? It could be a rather broad superhero interpretation, it doesn't have to be someone with superpowers. 🙂

Oh, and while on the subject - which superhero would YOU be? Might help some of my friends decide. 🙂

Poison Ivy, pleeeease! Yes she's a villainess, but she's a frickin' green eyed redhead! :babe:

(I could post a beautiful fan-made pic I grabbed from the net, but I won't... it's thoroughly not family friendly. (sw))

As for me, I'd go as a villain myself. Which one? Well... maaaayyyybe my sig could give you an indication. 😉

Lol! I had a feeling you would approve of the poison Ivy choice. 😀 I really like her costume, would be very creative and fun to do something like this:

There aren't many similar things hairwise with us though... in that case I would have to buy a wig. 🙂

I'll second the poison ivy vote! That would be awesome! And I think it would definitely fit you!
 
I think you would make a great mary marvel. One of the first female supers. I would go as robin as I am tall it always gets a laugh at halloween as robin is taller than the batmans there will inevitably be.

What superhero is your husband being? Don't know if you planned to coordinate a character but if so that could narrow it down

It would be superfun to do that! I could even surprise him with it! 😀 He's going to be Wolverine! 😀 He has bought a really funny wig to wear. 🙂 Does Wolverine have any mortal enemy/love interest/best friend who is a girl? All 3 would be very fun alternatives to dress up as!
 
I agree that you should try to work out a couple that you and your husband can be together. And if you can, not one of the superheroes you can buy as a ready-made costume.

On the other hand, you could always tell everybody that you're the Invisible Girl and then explain that you haven't been well recently.

omg that's so ironic. Jean Grey happened to be Wolverine's love interest. It was mostly one sided, Wolverine fell for her but she had a boyfriend. So if you want to coordinate I think Jean would be the best match for Wolverine.

And Wolverine is also good friends with Shadowcat <3 My favorite X-Man 🙂

Picard is professor X? I was gonna say it'll be plan C, but now I kind of wanna be him... but I'm not a man... or bold... or old. LOL
There's a lot of pics of both Jean Gray and Jubilee. How does their costumes most often look? Maybe I should watch the x men films to get some inspiration. Never did that.

I'm gonna put in a vote for Wonder Woman cause I think that'd be pretty all around awesome. (Poison Ivy is a bad-ass idea too!) 🙂
