While You're Here, You Just HAVE To See...

Assume that you have a friend who has never been to your country or region and they ask you for advice on the best things to see during their very limited stay. What would be your answer?

For my hometown it would be Stokes Croft (i.e. the street art corner of Bristol with lots of independent shops), Clifton Downs and this amazing coffee house near it, Park Street for all the posh boutiques and a diner that does amazing milkshakes, then the cathedral/art gallery/independent cinema (depending on taste). Plus a walk/ferry trip around the harbourside and maybe a trip to one of the best pubs in town down the road from it.

Can do all that in a day if the weather is nice. The great thing about the city is that it's quite compact without being overwhelming.
