Who Deserves the Scythe More, After Willow's Repairing of It?

What we know:

It was Buffy who destroyed it.
Buffy's residences are not safe for storing precious items (scythe in S8 and S9, book in S10).
Every slayer can benefit from it.
While Faith is mentally stable enough in S10 now, Angel is not, and they are together.

What do you think? Does Faith deserve it more? Does Faith need it more than Buffy?

Buffy broke it so she doesn't get it back imo. Yes, I know she was breaking the seed/saving the world but what happened before that has never been properly addressed.
In S9 Willow hands te scythe back to Buffy and then later 'apologises' for letting her down by leaving. Screw that- giving Buffy back the scythe was more than enough of an apology.
I still think Faith deserves it more because - at that time- wasn't Faith actually helping, teaching and leading slayers? Wasn't she more of a leader in S9 than Buffy was?
Okay so she lost the gig given that she was juggling too many things, stretching herself too thinly, but she was trying. So yeah, give Faith a turn! *okay, that was petty, but my point still stands* 🙂

Buffy did quite well without it for almost 7 full Seasons, and Faith doesn't rely on weapons all that much beyond a stake and a couple of fantasy daggers. In my opinion, the Scythe shouldn't belong to any individual Slayer. It's supposed to be the Slayers' Big Gun, the most powerful single weapon in their arsenal. No one Slayer should have constant and exclusive access to it. It should be stored away in a safe place where it would be available to any Slayer who needed it, but only for the amount of time that she needed it, then returned to its vault. Willow could create some sort of a barrier around its hiding place similar to what keeps vampires out of residences without an invitation, allowing only Slayers to access it, and something like the force that keeps unworthy people from being able to use it, similar to Thor's hammer. There might even be one or more Guardians (Slayers, witches, or whoever else might be qualified, the way that Drogyn was assigned to guard the entrance to the Deeper Well) to protect it when it isn't in use somewhere.
