Who else thinks that Faith/Robin is nasty?

haha, i'm not sure i followed you 'round that bend. i kind of thought it was hot. and good for faith.

Well it seemed a bit unfitting, but considering how long Faith was in prison, I'm really not surprised she threw herself at the first available guy she met.

I didn't mind it for what it was. It was supposed to be a one-night stand, and it didn't bother me one bit...after all, Faith had been in prison for quite some time and Robin was both attractive and available, so it's only natural that she'd make a move. I don't think I would've liked it as a long-term thing, though.

it's implied that it will be a long term thing though, since they made that deal if they both survived. (i don't read the comics so i don't know if that's true or whatever but...)

Faith and Robin.

Nope.

Don't think so.

Didn't jibe with me at all. No chemistry there.

Now Faith and Spike...THERE'S a pairing for ya. You could almost hear a loudly audible "click" when those two got together on screen.

I'd have LOVED for Faith and Spike to get together!
My point is that slayers are like sisters right? So it's kind of like doing your aunt.

Well technically, they aren't related. Not at all. If that's the case, what about Buffy/Robin. OK, it wasn't like Faith/Robin, but still.

The only way they are related in ANY way, is because of their calling. It's nothing to do with blood or anything.

I didn't really mind it. I mean...it's Faith. She'd do any guy that walks and talks, so I'm not suprised...and after an afterthought, he probably doesn't need to talk.

I don't think it's nasty at all.... Slayers aren't tied together by blood, only by their calling. It's kind of like being members of an exclusive club... You might be close with and even think of other members as family even though you're not technically related.
So, no, I don't think Faith and Robin was nasty. In fact I thought "Oh, good... Maybe he could be just the guy she needs to keep her on the right path".

I DO agree with the comment up there ^^ though that Spike and Faith would have been a hot pair. Can you imagine Faith in her rogue slayer days and Spike in his vicious vampire days?? SEXY!

It makes sense and I'm glad it happened. It gave Wood something to do because once his revenge arc was done he was kind of just 'there' so Faith gave him a little more relevance in the story. The pairing itself makes perfect sense. Though there were a few unhealthy aspects I noticed. Wood seemed to go for Faith because he couldn't have Buffy, like Faith was his 2nd choice. Plus there was still the creepy Oedipus thing he can't seem to let go of. And Faith going for Wood kind of comes back to the whole stealing thing - Angel Riley, etc. Even though he was never really with Buffy there was a chance so that might be what attracted Faith (partly)

And here I was all envious of Wood! 😀
I don't think of it as creepy. Irrevelant, perhaps, but certainly not creepy. The chemistry was there. They went for it. That's what adults do; at least the more spontaneous ones. I'm not sure how their relationship would've worked out if it continued as she was already on the straight and narrow path, more or less. I don't think he could've offered her more in the long term so they settled on the sex which I don't know, seemed kinda hot to me, especially seeing Faith all hot and bothered. 😀

I don't think it's nasty at all, either. I actually find it a bit romantic, because Faith used to be all evil and everything, yet she ends up with someone responsible and good, on some level. =D

I actually liked them together. The scene where he makes her angry that she was "OK" and he was hotter, made me laugh so much, I like them

They are? You think Xander thought he lost his virginity to Buffy´s sister? Slayers have a special bond but I wouldn´t call them sisters. Robin and Faith has never met and aren´t "real" relatives so no I wouldn´t consider it "nasty". I´m not to fond of the thought of them together but as people mentioned before it´s understandable.
