Who had the most power to take over the world? Jasmine or The First?

In a strictly technical sense, perhaps Jasmine had more power. She used modern technology (radio waves .. internet .. etc)
But, in my opinion, The First was more powerful, because he is in the heart of every human being. His dominion is total and it is difficult to fight he, because it is difficult to see its influence on us.

Probably Jasmine.
I mean, I liked The First more and thought it was a cooler villain (mostly because I just despise Jasmine), but Jasmine was actually succeeding at her goal. With The First, it just kind of walked around and talked for ages and ages, make some massively huge mistakes, and then lost a straight up battle with a horrible plan.
I mean, just thinking logically as opposed to as a fan, the wave of uber-vamps was intimidating, yes, and I'm sure they would have done some damage, but does anyone really believe that they would have taken over the world? Come on now. For starters, one American military fighter jet could have taken them all out, when you think about it. They're not going to be able to cross the Atlantic Ocean (unless they have some ability to transport themselves between Hellmouths, which they very well may), and really, once the U.S. and Canadian militaries become aware of what's happening, they're going to wipe them out pretty quickly.
I think The First, as dangerous as it was, gets blown out of proportion more than it should.

Well they both had different goals in taking over the world. Jasmine wanted to make it some kind of super peaceful utopia and keep everyone as her puppets while The First wanted to detroy everything in the world with his/her/it's army of Ubervamps. I might be wrong cause it has been years since I've seen both shows, but I still think none of them had more power than the other to take over the world in their own way. They just went about it differently. If it hadn't been for those meddling kids, I'm sure they would have succeeded.

Without a doubt Jasmine! The First as a being, is basically powerless and has to use manipulation etc to get people to work for him, whereas Jasmine just has to see someone for them to be her devoted slave.
