Who is coming to dinner?

One character - one dinner. Who would you chose?

I'm picking Wesley, even though he intimidates me. I love his perceptiveness, and he seems like he would have so much to talk about.

Virginia Bryce. I think she's funny and smart so I could imagine the conversation flowing quite nicely.

Also, she's kinda loaded. Do you think she'd pay? 😉

Later Wesley (later seasons of Angel): he is a deep well from which no pale descends without coming up again filled with gold and goodness. I like deep people. And we could share any of my nice bottles of single malt scotch or port wine or cognac/brandy or chianti or pinot noir or rioja...whatever he wanted.

Illyria: I would want to learn more about the nature of being a (former) God and ancient Buffy-verse history and many other things. Plus I would like to offer my own ideas and assistance in helping her adjust to her new life (such as humans and modern society and modern living and her new feelings and so forth). I had a lot of things I wanted to say to her to help her when I saw the show.

And for a completely different experience, Spike (sorry guys): NOT dinner though. This would involve fun and adventure and a night out at some places here in town that would be perfect for a guy like him. Just share stories and jokes and have an adventurous time, if he was up for it.

For me I'd pick Faith. Especially after slaying, we'd pig out on food, kick back and have a few drinks. I think season 7 Faith would be cool to hang with. Hear her stories about prison. Maybe hit the club.

Now if I wanted a sit down dinner with deep conversations, I'd pick Giles. With his accent, he could say anything and I will listen. Plus I'd like to learn more about his Ripper past.

What ever should I do? I am tied between Buffy, Tara, and Willow. Though I might be a little bit intimidated by Buffy, so that leaves Tara and Willow. Uhhhhhhh... *shrugs*

Though I wouldn't mind cuddling up with Miss Kitty Fantastico... 🙂

As much as I hate to admit it, because I generally dislike his character, I'd probably hit if off with Andrew. We could geek out about comics and anime all night. I'd pick Xander, who is also a nerd, but I don't think quite to the same degree Andrew (and I) are.

I'd have to get pretty drunk beforehand to get over the initial annoyance factor, though.

I love Wesley, he's one of my favorite characters in the 'verse, but I'd choose Angel, honestly. There's a lot of history there. He's seen a lot. He'd have some good stories.
