Who Is The Best Leader?

As much as I love the Buffster and the whole show, I'd have to go with Angel. He keeps everyone in line, and he's more of a stronger authority figure than Buffy.
 
Both Buffy and Angel are goo leaders on their okwn rights, but Buffygets frustrated easily mainly due to stuff going on in her personal life and she seems to get distracted (IE: Spike in Season 7) which causes her to trip up from time tok time. Angel also is a good leader but when given too much authority can get closer and closer to his dark side (SEason 2). I think a real leader is someone who only takes the reigns of leadership when needed, both Wes and Angel and even Gunn for that matter fit in this category. For a while in Angel the leadership rotated between Wes and Angel and it worked good. In Buffy, it doesn't work like that, it's all Buffy's show when she's around, things don't happen with out her. So, as to who is the better leader, I'd have to say Angel just becasue he is willing to pass the ball to someone else when needs be.
 
i would have to go with Angel, buffy doesnt always seem to be able to relate to those who shes leading, angel knows what to do and say and can really get everyone through any situation
 
Could you ever imagine Buffy handing over leadership to Willow and the gang like Angel did in season 2? Or Angel taking a group of girls into an unknown villans layer?
 
Yeah, Angel. Buffy rocks and all but she tends to worry more about where SHE should be and what SHE should be doing than anyone else...which is perfectly cool too...😀
 
I think Buffy is, no matter how bad things were and how losy her judgement may have been from time to time, she sticked up for the others. While Angel (s2) has the tendency to be self centered!
 
How about Giles! Anyone?! ...Well, I think Giles would be a pretty good leader in most situations and is able to keep a level head.
 
Let's face it, Buffy is to selfish to be the best leader. She always did manage to pull through, and her particular point of view has kept her alive, but she did a lot of stupid things, got a lot of people hurt and killed, aka Xander, Kendra, Willow, Faith, gosh almost everyone has suffered at one point from her selfishness. Wether it be in forms of neglect or bad decisions that lead to violence, everyone was affected. Buffy did some amazing things, scarified so much for the world, but really she was not that great of a leader, but that's why we lover her. like us, she's not perfect.
BUT.. Angel is not that much better, lol.. He can be really self-centered as well. Overall he seems to be more stable as a leader, though not by much.
 
I have to say Angel but ofcourse he is more mature then Buffy is, since he has been around for awhile. I wouldnt say Buffy is selfish when it comes to leading people, I just see her as having to many problems to deal with in S7 and keeping a straight head on about it.

Buffy trys to make the right decisions, in early seasons she didnt want her friends to be hurt, she tried to help out Faith and bring her back to the road of good, thats not being selfish. Buffy let her emotions in alittle when it came to go after Angelus the first time but she had to be cautious and well she couldnt let Angelus end the world.

She basically led the group in Season5, and she had alot to deal with as to being a new sister with a key as a sister aswell as dealing with her mothers death and having to grow up. She ended up beating Glory with Giles finishing it off.

Its just like with Faith when she lead the girls into the sewer place and they got ambushed.
 
Angel,...Buffy is a good leader too...but I think Angel has more authority,he knows how to keep everything under control...Buffy is more unstable
