Even as someone who supports Spuffy, I find myself mildly surprised that Buffy has, by this time, only accumulated barely a third of the cast votes.
 
I see I'm in the minority of voting for Faith. I think overall, they would be the best match. If it was a canon match, I'd choose Cordelia. I might have chosen Nina if we had seen their relationship progress a little more or learned more about her.

I am warming up to the idea of Angel/Faith based on the comics.

Agreed. Angel/Darla had a very intense, powerful, compelling relationship and to see that beaten by a flat, uninteresting, chemistryless damp squib of a relationship is just... no. Just no.
