On Buffy? I think Willow. In Season 7 it's definitely Spike, no bones about it.

On Angel I would have to say it's Cordelia for the first two and a half seasons, and Wesley for the second half of Season 3 and all of Season 4. Spike in Season 5, or quite possibly even Wesley, especially after Illyria shows up.

I'd say Spike for s5, s6 and s7. But yeah, Willow or Xander for the other seasons.

On Angel it was Cordy for Season 1,2 and half of 3 then it was Wes up until the start of Season 5. Then it was Spike.

On Buffy it was Willow and Xander for Seasons 1-5, then it was Spike in 6-7.

Until he left, on Buffy it was Angel. Then Spike.

On Angel, Cordy I would say. Maybe at points Wes.
