Who is your favorite Buffy-BF

They all had their good points. I dunno if he's the best BF for her but it was the most interesting anyway.
But reilly was the best person for her out these 3.
 
Hmm, that's hard.

I would have to say I love Riley the best. Pre-vamp house-bitey-arm-thing. Riley was so open, so normal, so protective and caring and sweet all rolled into one very good looking package. So yes, my personal favorite is Riley.

BUT I love the romance that came with Buffy and Angel. I'm a great romantic and that relationship just pretty much had everything. Definitely a 'Never was there a tale of more woe than of Juliet and her Romeo' deal and I love that. Anytime I watch anything Bangel I get swooped up in the romance of the whole thing.

Spike isn't an option here because while I love Spike and I love how he loved Buffy and how it made him care for Dawn and the others when she was gone etc, he's not my favorite boyfriend because of the destructive nature of it in the beginning. That's what puts me off voting for him. It was destructive, then one-sided and it wasn't till the very very end that it became the type of relationship I could definitely vote for.

So I love the romance Angel brings, how Spike at the very end was the only one she could be comfortable with and fully accepted her, but overall, I have to say that Riley is my favorite choice.

Buffy and Angel all the way. Sure they might stray for a while (which is fine 😛).... but once they figure out how to get true happiness without evilness then they will end up together 😀

no no no. it cant happen. It cant work. they wouldnt put themselves through that again.
A vamp and human just cant work long term.
(unless angel is getting turned human again, i havent read after the fall, so unless something happened in that it cant happen)
 
BF? How about girlfriend? And, to quote somebody, whoever it was, from the Borads: 'Who keeps making polls without the 'other' option???'

Well of these choices given I picked Spike. I still think Angel is a sort of no go for Buffy (this does not mean I completely hate Bangel; I just think it's over and they weren't meant to be). Riley and Buffy was just...uhm...well, at the beginning it was great and cute and everything, but the way it turned out was just not nice. Well, and that leaves Spike.

Yeah, I would've voted for "Other," because I really don't think Buffy's met the "long haul guy" (or girl) yet and isn't likely to anytime soon.
Other option? How come? What other person is there? Angel, Riley, and Spike were the only people that Buffy had a true relationship with.

Apparently she's had more than a one night stand with Satsu...
well, first off, how about someone who hasn't been on the show yet? After that, we'd still have the creeps Parker and Scott. Well and there's Satsu. And if you ask me, also Faith.
 
What?!? Faith, Satsu, Parker, and Scott?!? Parker was well... Parker. Scott was normal. Satsu was a one night stand. Buffy doesn't love her. And Faith? What are you talking about? Also, why would someone vote for someone who hasn't been on the show yet? The thread was for your favorite out of Buffy's past BF's.

The thread said BF, not past BF. Who says Satsu was just a one night stand? Remember how Spuffy was at first? Did she love him at first? Well I'm not saying it has to be more than that, but there's a possibility. Scott would have to be an option as he was her boyfriend, even if it was only for a short time, but he was. So was Parker, well maybe not really boyfriend, but there was something. And Faith...you obviously don't ship Fuffy, do you?

Scott, for one, didn't have as big of an impact on Buffy as these three did, and for two, no one would vote for him.
Parker was never Buffy's boyfriend. She thought that he was, but he was in no way in love with her. And like Scott, no one would vote for him...
And about Satsu, I'm pretty sure Joss wouldn't want his main character, and not to mention ANOTHER girl being lesbain. If she ends up going out with her, okay, you got me, but I'm pretty sure she isn't gonna happen. (and she probably wouldn't be voted for over those three either 🙂 )

Fuffy = Faith+Buffy
Angel, of course. Spike was good but Buffy never really loved him so I don't like the relationship.

Riley wasn't bad but he was... hmm, boring?
 
How 'bout none? lol, I wasn't a huge fan of any of her relationships. However, Riley get's my vote out of the three. Hated Bangel, didn't care for Spuffy, so that leaves Riley 🙂

I wish I could cancel out my past boyfriends this easily!

All three were different people with different things to like. It's to hard to be able to say without being Buffy who the best boyfriend for her is. I like Spike and want Spike to be mine... but that doesn't mean he's right for Buffy.

I think Riley at first probably made her happiest, but it all changed. And Spike was Buffy being destructive but ended up being beautiful!

I guess I'll choose Spike because he was my favourite, character wise, out of the 3.
