Who is your favorite "not-so-big" bad guy from Buffy?

I'm asking for your favorite bad guys that did not have big roles. Maybe appearing in one or two episodes.

Mine would be Dracula-he's sexy, cool, and can turn into a bat. I also like Sweet from OMWF. He's sexy too, moreso because of his voice and dance moves.😎
