Who is your favourite potential/s slayer?You can choose as many as you want.Please explain why you chose them, on your message.

If you go to the whedonverse, I have a thread there, called "which character/s is the most unpopular in the buffyverse?".In there, Kennedy is voted the most unpopular.
 
I always enjoy this thread everytime it appears, and I always vote Vi with Molly running a close second.

That last time it appeared I think the thread was a poll. I'm not sure, but I think the winner was between Amanda and Vi.
 
My all time favourite (unfortunately she died) was Chloe...
She wasnt given much screen time, but I loved the way she looked, and the way she dressed, she seemed like the ideal Slayer...

But alas, Ive always loved Amanda...even though she died too 🙁
I just loved Amanda's squeeky voice, lol...
 
Choa-Ahn, she didn't speak English, but boy was her and Giles's scenes great.
Also loved Vi, i love red hair. *off everyones looks* What?! It's a reason!
 
My fav potentials are the asian ones, cause im asian.lol.It seems that Amanda is the most popular, because she can relate to the fans, and is not so annoying as Kennedy & Rona.If you wanna know the reason why Amanda was killed, here it is....When Joss found out that Amanda, was the most popular potential, aka SIT(Slayer In Training), he decided to kill her off, to surprise everybody.I read this in an article, I forgot where.Either in whedonesque, or buffy.nu.But i think it was whedonesque.What I hate bout Buffy.nu, is that it gets most of it's articles from whedonesque.com.I posted stuff on whedonesuqe, and buffy.nu copied everything.They're too lazy, to look for anything but pics.One time I posted 3 Buffy stars without makeup, and the very next day, they copied it.I replied to the article in buffy.nu, saying how they took it from wheodnesque, and they didn't publish it.lol.But i guess that's alright, since they are just linking.But they should look for their own articles, instead of gettting them from whedonesque.comThe only things they actually look for themselves, is their pics, and clips.
 
Amanda was so cute. The rest of them I didn't care either way except that I hated Kennedy.

Yeah, another thing I hate about Buffy.nu is a lot of the stuff they steal is fact, but they're so anxious to fill their page they don't really seem to care when something they publish turns out to be a hoax. Consequently they spread a lot of hoaxes. The fanfic they called the original Chosen script, the Spike as male slayer story, and the NBC is buying Angel story leap out as examples from a long line of hoaxes.

Personally I don't believe anything until I get a link to the original story, and even then I want it supported by a trustworthy source.
 
I hope I don't get pummeled here, but my favorite Potential would have to be ::drum roll:: Kennedy!

Oh I loved that girl. Such a badass, and so good for Willow. She was one of the few who had true slayer confidence before the Scythe activated them all. And she was so ballsy!

Plus, she was, you know, hot. ::giggles::

Rona would have to be second, followed by Vi. Not as big a fan of Amanda as everyone else is. But it's been so long since I've seen late Season 7, so I totally forgot she died. How?? Oh well. As long as Kennedy lives on. :happy53:

Always nice to hear a good word put in for Kennedy.
Far braver than I, Cannon Fodder... I do think that if the Slayer line had progressed as normal, Kennedy would have been the girl. But my fave potential by a long shot was Chao An. The Flashcard Monsters, People!!!
 
Chloe(she died*sob*) and Amanda the least annoying in the bunch🙂
Chao An was funny! Flash card monsters and lactose intolerant🙂
 
I liked Kenendy the best too, but it may just be that we got to see a lot more of her character than most of the others. I thought she was cool, though annoying at times, will make a great slayer.
 
Chloe was my favourite. I really liked her, and wish she hadn't died. She really had potential to be a good and interesting character.
And then probably Amanda and Rona...I kinda like Rona, she can be annoying, but still...
 
I, myself, have to say Kennedy too. She had the "slayer stamina" find the get go, she wasn't scared, she was the first of the potentials to step up when time needed. So Kennedy is number one by a long shot, plus shes just too damn cute. Her and Willow work good together, I've always tohught Willow needed to get with a slayer. WAHOO!
 
I did like keennedy the most because she wasnt ever scared like the rest.....and she had faith in buffy in the begining....and wanted to fight the bady guys the most
 
I hope this is on-topic enough... Since a lot of people seem to like Kennedy, you all should check out The Damned, it's a web-comic all about Kennedy post-Chosen, after a lot of weird stuff has gone down. Tara was resurrected, but didn't get back together with Willow, but Kennedy and Willow aren't together either. I'm not too clear, there's some stories on the site that provide good background info. Can't post links, obviously, but I'm sure you can google it. Good stuff.

Kennedy was the most kick-ass Potential. Most of the others were wusses. Go Kennedy.
