Who Quoted Me gone?

I got a notification that someone quoted me, clicked the notification and when I got to my user CP the "Who Quoted Me" section was gone. I then went to my computer to check if it was just my iPod, but it's not there on my computer either. Is this feature gone now? i loved it!

I just replaced it with one that is supposed to work better.
