I voted Other.
She is a murderous evil woman so I believe she doesn't belong with anyone. I believe Anya is unique in the Buffyverse for being a character that many view as redeemed but ultimately showed only a few qualities of redemption. She quickly turned against the faux redemption we saw that lasted a few years as soon as Xander broke her heart. If she was truly a changed person then nothing could have taken her back to the days of seeking vengence on others (we dont even know how many people's lives she ruined/killed between the 'Worm monster' and 'Bleeding hearts from the Jocks on campus'. Dont missinterpret me either because plenty of other characters come from less than decent pasts, notably Spike and Angel. But both once ensouled repented from those past actions, something very different than we see from the arogant and self involved Anya we see on screen.
The very thing she told Willow she would NEVER do (turn against Xander and wish vengeance upon him) she tried every possible way to do. If it wasn't for a loophole within the vengeance qualities, Xander would be dead. Simple as that.
IMO she is filth. Cute and interesting as a character which is why I understand why people like her, and even call her their favourite character.... but ultimately she has shown on too many occasions that she crossed the (fuzzy yes, but quite defined) moral line that cannot be excused. She doesn't deserve Xander, thats for DAMN sure. He deserved far far better.
