Absolutely no one. Imo, Fray is meant to be a comic book character, and as much fun as it would be, a TV show wouldn't be near as good as the comic.

Angelina does kind of look like her, but I think she's too old, or too mature for that role.
Spoony, her acting debut was in the show "Radio Free Rosco" on "theN" channel, she sings the theme for it.
