Who should have ended up with Buffy

Spike loved Buffy.

Sex isn't the only thing he had on his mind, or he would of left Buffy when they stopped having it.

And yes, that was just a hello when Angel kissed her.

I think if Cordy was still alive, Angel would be with her.

I know Bangel fans with bash me! lol

Spike had me going in too many directions. I did not detect true love there. If there was, more of it seemed to be just coming from him and not from her.

With Spike and Buffy, this happened on both parts.
 
I think Spike fell for Buffy only because of his helping with defending Dawn.
I mean...who else was there for him to pick?
Willow and Tara...Nah!
Anya was with Xander
Dawn...much too young!
That puts us with only Buffy left.

Plus you know there was a tiny piece of Spike that wanted Buffy just to have the advantage over Angel.
Let's face it...Spike and Angel did not have a brother relationship.

I agree with Kimm on the right/wrong thing. I did feel really bad for Spike because he had to see it, and for that my heart went out to his character, but the kiss itself wasn't really "wrong". Maybe not the most moral thing in the world to do, but not something really wrong. I just have to look at it in, if Spike hadn't seen it and they'd just cut out all that: would I still feel as bad for him? She and Spike weren't "together", so that's my outlook on it. But again, feeling bad for Spike 🙁

As for who Buffy "should" have ended up with, anyone who knows me won't be surprised when I say ANGEL!! Lol, and that's mostly because I'm such a bangel shipper though, I loved the two of them together and think that out of everyone, they deserved to end up together (if you want more reasons I can pm you the list 😉). I did like the Spike/Buffy friendship, but romantically I think Angel was better for Buff.

If it is Angel or Spike, I go with Angel, practically because I didn't like Spike in 6th Season that much (with the rape attempt and all). On the otherhand, I'd like Buffy end up with Xander. He is the most loyal of the three.

One, Buffy was not a prize to be won by Spike, Angel or anyone else.

Two, as far as I'm concerned, Buffy's relationship with Angel ended when Buffy went to college. I really don't see the point with Buffy being with a guy or vampire who continued to view her as the 15 to 18 year-old he had known.

Three, Spike didn't bother to let Buffy know that he was alive. As far as I'm concerned, both he and Buffy moved on.

Four, Buffy does not have to revolve her life around some guy she is romancing. She is more than that.
 
I think in the end Buffy would end up with Angel I think she was in love with Angel throughout the entire cause of the show and that never stopped therefore I think it would've been impossible for buffy to fall in love with somebody else. I think buffy loved Spike but there is a difference between love and being in love. I will admit this once and only once. I do not oppose Spuffy I love Spuffy it's just I love Bangel more and when it comes down to to it I think Buffy loved Bangel more as well.
 
I feel that Buffy and Angel are the perfect pair..in their hearts, but in reality, for Buffy to have a normal life, Riley would have been the best possible match out there. He loved her, was sweet, cute and was a real man. She could have even had a family, if her life ever settled, and she wanted too. I will always love Angel and Buffy. Spike is so funny, so how could I not adore him? I love all the Spike and Buffy scenes where they are intimate, but she never truly loved Spike, she really cared about him, but that is not love. She loved Angel. And I guess she didnt love Riley enough...perfect human match or not....her heart was with Angel...awwwww
 
It was pretty low of Buffy to act the way she did and it was hard for me to catch up you know? but all Joss wanted was to give both shippers the chance to think what they want about who Buffy ended up with
For me It should be Spike the man who is more loyal
 
How is spike more loyal? He tried to rape buffy. For me it's always been Angel. He's cute, sweet, sensative and a perfect match for buffy, except for the whole no sex thing. But they could always find one of those demons that was in season one of Angel and bring him back to life with its blood. Buffy has never really been able to love since angel so i think that they should have ended up together.:tongue:

In the last episode of season seven buffy tells spike that she loves him, it's spike who tells her that she doesn't and she doesnt exactly disagree. I think she felt something for him, just not love.
 
Ok.. this is hard for me because I am a Spuffy and Bangel fan... but I have come to the conlcusion that Bangel.... that was a really hard choice but bangel.... even though he couldnt give her everything she wanted or needed in life... (if you get that)
 
I think Buffy had alot of feelings still bottled up for Angel which is why i think she did what she did with Spike in the first place and i really think angel shouldn't have jumped the gun when he smelled Spike on her, because i believe that deep down Buffy loves Angel.
 
buffy will always love angel. spike isn't the love of her life... angel is! but she know that she couldn't be with him... buffy didn't want to risk angel's life with that amulet, but she didn't say a word when spike wanted it. i think she should have ended up with angel.

i was pretty shocked that Angel had gotten over Cordy so quickly! Do you guys think that Cordy is to Angel how Spike is to Buffy? or is it different? I think the difference is that Angel always respected Cordy, so their love was more genuine. If you think about it, Buffy only really started respecting Spike once she knew he had a soul. Either way, even though I love Cangel, I have to admit, Buffy and Angel loved each other most.
 
It's always been Angel. I don't think Buffy could ever love anyone else like that. I think she felt close to Spike because of how much they had been through together, but I don't think it was love at all...it was just convenient. There's no way she would ever be truly happy with anyone other than Angel. However, I think it was wrong to kiss him before ending things with Spike or atleast explaining to Spike how she really felt.
