Who should have ended up with Buffy

I loved both relationships. I hated Spike/Buffy in season six, that was just...eeeeewwww!!! But in the end of season five and in season seven they were adorable!! I can't decide! My favourite Spike and Buffy moments were definatley when she invited him in in The Gift, and Spike's speech in Touched.

to me both where very different so its hard for me to compare.
i was so in to the whole spuffy thing. angel left buffy and spike stayed till the end, well ya know the soul thing prolly helped.
 
I've never watched Angel (the show) and when he made that apperance I had'nt seen him for a while, so I was'nt used to see him that old (and the years has not been well on him). I think he looked like a geek and behaved like an idiot... Spike is the one for Buffy, offcourse. Angel was her first love and that creates a special bond, sure, but it feels very over, just as the youth she was in when it burned.
 
I am of the opinion that they ended the Spuffy vs. Bangel thing well, where she ended up with neither.

Everyone seems to be forgetting the "cookie dough" thing. She was not ready to completley love either of them. I like that it ended with her alone, because so many shows end the series with people finally getting together, and Buffy didn't need to end up with a guy.

But I possibly only feel this way because I love Buffy/Spike, Buffy/Angel and Buffy/Riley equally.

i deff agree about buffy (at the end of the series) ending up with no man.
i also did like all three realationships, at each time that i watched/watch them.
 
Although Buffy and Angel obviously have a connection, so do Buffy and Spike, but there's is more of a passionate connection. So I think that Buffy should end up with Spike.
 
i hated the relationship with buffy and riley- but i think that was maily because i wanted her to be with angel, however when the buffy/spike thing started to come about i was totally excited about it because spike had been in the series for such a long time, thier relationship had developed. it was nothing like buffy and angels relationship, but who has the same type of relationship twice. i think with spike and buffy something that started of as sex as a result of despair turned into trust, which although was broken at the end of season six was built up again as he had got a soul for her.
i am a fan of both spike/buffy and angel buffy. not riley/buffy though.
i think ultimately she should be with spike, he never moved on to someone else (unless you include his one night with anya) and angel did.
 
Spike. He was around longer than Angel, and got to know Buffy before stalking her constantly. Kissing Angel was low, and very cruel to Spike.
 
Angel all the way. 😀

I've never liked Spike (especially not together with Buffy); there was a time that I even preferred Buffy and Riley, but now I prefer Buffy and Angel.

Buffy and Angel all the way. I don't think that Angel should have ever left. Though I do like Angel, except the only episodes I really watch are the ones with Faith. She rules, anyway...

Back on topic: I don't think she really owed Spike anything. I mean, he created a robot of her. He tried to kill her on various occasions. (Ok, so did Angel, but oh well. He didn't make a robot, though.) And...just Angel all the way. He's way cooler, nicer, and he treated Buffy kinda better. (Again, except for those various occasions in season 2.)

I've never seen any of season 7..but personally I think Buffy shoulda been with Spike.
 
Oh, fights between Spuffies and Bangels are always appealing 😀. But, as I'm tired and I don't wanna fight, I'll simply say: SPUFFY SUCKS!!!!!!!!! 😛... J/K. She should have ended up with Angel 🙂.

I think Angel is Buffy's first love so therefore always has a place in her heart, but Spike was there to help her when she was going through all of her changes in life, growing up and dealing with death, when Angel was not there for her so out of that she came to realize her love for him but you can't deny your first love either....
 
Angel. I think she loved Spike as a companion/friend, but i don't think it could ever be the same way she loves Angel.
