Buffy & Angel vs. Batman and Catwoman...

Well just Buffy alone could take them!

Blade vs. Angel -

Hmmmm... gotta say Angel! He just has all the heart (no pun intended). Same for Buffy vs. Blade!

Something else interesting would be Buffy vs. Sydney Bristow(sp?). Although Buffy would win due to her superpowers, it would be amazing with all the agility (Though Buffy is a tad bit better 🙂 )
