Who was the funniest character in the Buffyverse?

Spike was hilarious, Anya and Xander had their moments, Andrew was priceless, but I don't think anyone ever even approached Principal Snyder!

For me it was Xander, Oz, Andrew and Anya. Xander was always the joker even though in the later seasons he didn't joke that much as the older but he always make me laugh "bitca?" "Angel, Angel, Angel. Does every conversation we have have to come around to that freak? Hey, man, how ya doin'?" buffy. Angel. "Xander!" haha I just love him. Oz always makes me laugh how sarcastic he is and of course "I'll slap you with my monkey pants!" Anya was the comedy girl of course I love "can we trade the children for money?" and Andrew in season 7 was brilliant "we are as gods we are as god we are as GODDDDSSS!"

Oh and Spike and Synder were brilliant too!

Spike "am I even scary anymore grrr!" haha

And my favourite Synder moment is "don't sue!"

Definitely Anya. She was pure comic relief, and had me ROFLing whenever she spoke. The witty sarcasm characters like Spike were funny in an awesome way, while Snyder was just a WTF funny. ...Am I with the sense-making?

I think Xander was the funniest character in so far as he was given the material just be funny with but Buffy had the best lines. I am a fan of quippy humour and they gave more of that to Buffy than anyone else.

One of my fav moments in the show is when Giles over hears Willow tell Xan and Buffy that Tara is her girlfriend and all you hear from upstairs is 'BLOODY HELL'.

Oz has the largest number of priceless funny lines of any character on both shows, in my opinion! So many of them get buried because he has such a soft/mild voice and because either 1) the other characters don't get that he's joking, or 2) they just let it slide as a typical Oz line. His sarcasm is perfect!!
