Who was the oldest: The Master, Kakistos or the Prince of Lies?

They were all described as extremely ancient vampires (all appeared to be so old that their features had become disfigured or permanently altered), and while Giles says that The Master is the oldest vampire on record, I kind of thought that Prince of Lies was the oldest.

I always assumed that the Master was the oldest but I havent looked into it.
