Who were professional singers before OMWF?

James Marsters, Hilton Battle and Anthony Stewart Head.
Both JM and ASH had/have bands and both of them, I believe, have albums out before OMWF was being filmed.
Battle has - as far as my memory serves - appeared on Broadway and other musicals.
Amber sings, but never professionally.
Sarah certainly hasn't, given that she didn't even want to sing for this ep and was considering getting a 'voice double' or whatever they're called to sing for her up until she found out just exactly what Buffy would be revealing in this ep. She didn't want Buffy's most emotional and revealing moment of the season so far to be said by someone other than Buffy.
Alyson and Michelle both ask that they NOT have any sort of major singing in the ep because of their lack of skills.
There's never been anything said about Emma and Nick, but there's nothing in their background to suggest they ever sang prior or since.

Hinton Battle was the Scarecrow opposite Stephanie Mills' Dorothy in The Wiz on Broadway. Fantastic 🙂
