Who will want who to win?

It depends on if they are fighting to the death. If they are then Glorificus definitely wants Anya to win as no Buffy means no closing of the inter-dimensional portal. D'Hoffryn also probably wants Anya to win as if Anya is dead there is no chance of transforming her back to Anyanka.
If it's first to say 'Uncle', then Glorificus probably doesn't care so long as it is entertaining to watch (read brutal) and D'Hoffryn would want Buffy to win as a defeated and presumably pissed off Anya would be more likely to accept an offer of returning back to her old position of vengeance demon.
