I remember reading a thread similar to this in sunnydale cemmetry and i was looking about to see if their was a new one but i cant find one so i thought i'd start it again (if there already is one please delete this one, thanks)

So who on the boards would you must like to get to know better?

I feel uncomfortable answering this question, lol. There are lots of people I'd love to get to know, but really, I'd like to get to know anyone. I won't mention names because, well, I'll forget people and.. and I'll feel stupid mentioning people who wouldn't want to get to know me and that would most certainly happen, lol. But, never mind, I should just stop posting without thinking so I'll just shut up now.

Well, Cordelia seems like an interesting person 🙂... but I like getting to know people in general; we old men (age 27) enjoy whatever company we can get... ::nopity::

I think almost every board member has sparked my interest at one time or another. And I think it would be fascinating to get to know everyone! Unfortunately, my callow humor tends to scare people off! Lol. :bite-cha:

Anyway, my nickname is Xander (real name Ash). I am still writing that backstory, just veeery slowly.

As far as the thread goes, loads of peoples. n4h, NSlayMode, epo and loads more who havn't posted here yet. My memory is kaput atm but I loves you all.

Oops! Agh... *cough* ...gack! Bleh! Got my foot stuck in my mouth. I would never suggest that you need hunt after geriatric good times (though BINGO's a bloodthirsty romp---you'll know when you're ducking bedpans it's time to leave). I was rather doing the self-pity thing and wondering where all my virile years had gone. 🙂 Besides, I've seen photos of your main squeeze; I could use some tips in finding a special someone... Got any ideas?

BTW, I think Mr. Pointy deserves kudos on the cool name. So he's probably an interestin' feller...

Also, Prophecy Girl and I need to continue working on our bond...

There are lots of people that I would love to get to know..... Elmo, KD, Jacklyn, Cordelia, OM, Epo, Mr Pointy (I have talked to him many times on PM, and he is a very nice and compassionate man) and many others that I cannot think of right now. I have talked to a couple on instant messenger a few times, and actually I would love to get to know everyone here on the boards. Sometimes I feel like an idiot on here, and I feel like I am a little boring, but if anyone wants to know me thats cool, as long as you dont mind an old woman to talk to...LOL

I always feel uncomfortable with these sort of threads - firstly, if I forget someone they might be offended and, secondly, my natural modesty (*sound of Mrs P guffawing, offstage right*) makes me all embarrassed when people say nice things about me in public (more, more 😉).

So...all I have to say is "you're all great" 🙂

Awww leave Mr P alone. There are many people on here that i'd like to get to know better, I try when I can to get more involved and chat but I due to time restrictions I can't.

I've met several people from the boards and they are good fun, i'm planning to meet up with elmo soon and chances are i'll see some of you at the Collectormania meet.

Seriously, there isn't a person on this board, I wouldn't like to get to know better....well except Comma, I already know too much 😀 (j/k)

I love getting PMs from new people and always think it's a great way to reach out and make new friends. Sometimes, I'll send one out to someone I've chatted with in certain threads, but most of the time I'm a chicken because I think people don't want to hear from me.

I could never, EVER do that, because (no matter how much my close friends deny and deny it) I am a rather shy person in company of people I don't know. Besides, I have a humongous fear of rejection, so I don't put myself out much.

Oh, and I'd love to know Jaded. Or actually, I'm glad I know her. She's an awesome writer, and she's an awesome beta... and she's just plain awesome.
