I wanna see who thinks who is gonna get Xmas NO.1

Either:

Blue FEATURING Elton John - Sorry Seems to Be The Hardest Word (currently NO.1)

Pink - Family Portrait

Girls Aloud (The anoying girlband from Popstars The Rivals) - Sound of the Underground

One True voice (The anoying boyband from Popstars The Rivals) -
Sacred Trust

The Cheeky Girls (The really anoying Romanians who were kicked out of Pop Idol) - The Cheeky Song (Touch My Bum)

OR

Avril Lavigne - Sk8er Boi

I actually like Girls Aloud song cause it's got catchy lyrics but I dont think that Avril or Pink will get it. Then again LOSE YOURSELF by Eminem could still climb back up the charts.
 
I would like it to be either Blue, Pink or Avril Lavigne but I think that its gonna be one of the cheesy popstar:the rivals bands, unfortunately some people have no taste 🙁
 
I would Like anyone except One True Voice really, their song just sounds like every other boyband song released in the past two years. yawn
 
Out of that lot definatly Pink, as I cannot stand the rest of the people mentioned. I've avoided the whole Pop Rivals thing, and don't even get me started on Avril!
 
I'm hoping for Blue and Elton. I really don't like the fact that we have to manufacture a christmas number one now. I think it's kinda pathetic. I'd find it quite funny if neither boyband or girlband got to number one 🙂 But hey, that's just me!
 
I think either Pink or Girls Aloud should be NO 1 but I don't really mind as long the Cheeky Girls don't get it!
 
GIRLS ALOUD GOT IT. And they broke loads of records in the record books. The only real catchy bit is the chorus:

It's the sound of the underground

The beat of the drum goes round and around

In to the overflow

Where the girls get down to the sound of the radio

Out to the electric night

Where the bass line jumps in the backstreet lights

The beat goes around and round

Its the sound of the under

Sound of the underground


I sing to that part cause it's catchy and its the only bit I know. Good luck for the future Girls.

The only sad thing is that it was a manufactured 1-2-3. NO.1 was Girls Aloud, NO.2 was One True Voice and N0.3 was the Cheeky Girls. In a few years time, we wont need talent when we've got T.V shows like this that are out doing themselves. Now I know alot of you will agree. I ain't into alot of Pop Music cause it's rubbish. I hate Garage cause it's the same! The only music I listen to is Indie, Rock, Nu-metal, Rap, R'n'B and Dance stuff. I love DJ Sammy's Heaven- massive club hit and I love Eminem, Ja Rule, Nelly e.c.t. I love all music.

Totally agreee, they should stop all these stupid shows. Im glad that the girls got the number 1, the boys song was so cheesy!
I dont listen to much pop, i think Indie's pretty good and I love R'n'B and some rap
 
I heard that it was the lowest record sales ever for a christmas number one. It was on Radio 1.

Also the girls had the cheek to cover an old song, pass it off as their own and hell... the original band are the backing vocals... yep... they sung over it. *Rolls eyes*

I'd never wish it upon any country for Avril to be number one at christmas... that would be torture!
 
Girls Aloud are annoying, they'll just be another hear'say....i hope anyway! Love pinks song and the blue one, wish something better had gotten number 1. I'm hoping justin's newest gets in there cos that song is amazing. Time to get rid of the reality t.v groups, who really cares been done too much.

I felt exactly the same way! I would have rather the Cheeky Girls got to no.1 than the popstars! But I do prefer Girls Aloud's song to One True Voice. I don't think either are Christmassy enough though!
