From what i've read the regular cast will be:

David Boreanaz (duh), J August Richards (Gunn), Alexis Denisof (Wesley), Amy Acker (Fred), Andy Hallett (Lorne) with appearances by Mercedes McNab (Harmony), Stephanie Romanov (Lilah) and Chritian Kane (Lindsey).

Does anyone else think that Lindsey coming back to work at Wolfram and Hart and finding his arch nemesis in charge will be interesting?

You forgot James Marsters (Spike) and this cast list most likely isn't official so where did you get it?
 
so far its everyone u mentioned plus James Marsters minus Mercedes McNab, Stephanie Romanov, ,Chritian Kane. Lilah will show up but I doubt she will become a regular, they are trying to get Mercedes to do some epsidoes and I havent heard anything about Chritian Kane and I think they would probably get 2 new female ones but not 3 new cast members cause Angel the series doesnt have enough money to have all of them all on there as main cast memebers

Stephanie Romanov (Lilah) and Christian Kane (Lindsey) are in talks for season 5, nothing official so far.

Cordelia will be recurring, not regular. Conner will only be in one episode.

Of couse, this is from what I read, but it's in "lots" of places, so I'm going with "this sounds really official."
 
because Joss doesnt feel a need for those charecters anymore and he developed them to their developing point but they still will be making appearnces

I heard that Harmony might be recurring or even in the credit in midseason. Stephanie and Christian are in negotiations.
 
PLEASE let Christian come back instead of Mercedes.
I know theres a lot of men, but I really love Lindsey and hate Harmony most of the time.

(Although I can imagine Harmony walking in and Spike saying "Oh, bloody hell..."

That would be funny!!)
 
I REALLY hope Harmony does'nt come in, the character is'nt deep enough. Surely Gwen should play a big part in the new season? They made a big thing with her and Gunn, and that she can now control her powers, but did'nt expand on it. Surely they were setting her up for a big role in season 5.
 
I've very much hoping for a return of my fave evil lawyer boy...in any shape or form I want Lindsey back 😀
 
Yeh, Lindsey and Gwen back, that would be cool. I love those characters, specially Gwen (duh). When Lindsey left I knew he'd come back, he left with too many unfinished things with W&H and Angel...he had a lot of time of rehab, I hope he returns and joins the good guys.

I hope they will at least have Connor realize what Angel did before the show is over.

I think they could get one more season out of each of Cordelia. They made her part demon and hardly did anything with that. So she floated once and another time she glowed and killed the translucent bugs, big whoop. There has just got to be more of a story there.
