Time for a new thread, feel free to post when you are in the chat. (We will delete the thread when it reaches 200 posts and start a new one so that it doesn't eat up server space.)

You can also link to it from the Member Community menu in the toolbar.

Click on Server, type in irc.voltirc.net. Type your username in the Nickname box and then connect.


Here are all the ways...

1. https://www.buffy-boards.com/index.php?page=chat

Type in your username and hit Connect. This page is just up as a convenience, so if it doesn't work for you (probably because too many people are using it) it does NOT mean the chat isn't working and try another option. Please only use this if you do not/can not use a chat program, so it leaves it open for others.

2. http://webchat.voltirc.net:9090/?pr...or=022330&fg_color=DDDDDD&fg_sec_color=999999

Type your username in the nickname box. Click on Connect.

3. http://client00.chat.mibbit.com/

Click on the link that says "Server". Type in irc.voltirc.net

Next to nick type in your username and [HASHTAG]#buffy[/HASHTAG] next to server. Click Connect.

4. Use a client - see the FAQ for directions on the most often used programs with the following information:

Server: irc.voltirc.net
Channel: [HASHTAG]#buffy[/HASHTAG]

Chat almost never works for me, so I prefer the shoutbox 😛
 
Smiletime, you pop in and out all the time, you were giving me a complex logging in for 2 minutes, then off you go again. You are definitely joining the room but you actually have to talk to get a response or we dont know you are there.
