Who's Seen Avengers 2?

That whole thing just seemed like an Angel/Buffy rip off, where she's telling him that she loves him, and he says that he's afraid of what might happen if things went too far and he lost control. (Would he become Bannerus, or Hulkus?) right up to the part where he leaves after the last big battle because he knows that it's the best thing for her.
Actually the best part of the Hulk scenes never happened. At the final battle his love for her turns him into Grey Hulk. Grey Hulk was fighting at the end. They filmed it, etc, just in post they decided that it needed more time than they were giving it so they cut the scenes and re-edited the finale. Allegedly the original ending with Grey Hulk will be on the Blu-Ray. So to use your analogy it would be more like Spike. Green Hulk is soulless Spike and Grey Hulk is souled Spike.

And I still say the only person Black Widow needs to hook up with is Winter Solider. If that happens I will be happy. Especially as he was in her training montage flashback I think.

I had never heard anything about a Grey Hulk, other than that, back in the beginning, Lee and Kirby made the Hulk grey, then later changed the color to green (maybe they thought that grey was too drab for such a dynamic character).

It would be interesting to see if they do, in fact, incorporate the alternate ending in the DVD or Blue Ray versions, since Joss has always been opposed to "Director's Cut" or "Extended Version" releases of anything that he makes. I really hope that he makes an exception this time.

Yeah, they were saying years ago the plan was to get Grey Hulk in the movie.. and even when filming it they hinted it. And because I am a nerd they didnt 'turn' him green, he was supposed to be green but there was a problem with the ink and the color turned itself grey. But they have used Grey Hulk in later years, also.

Well, I don't think Joss has that much say.. certainly now after all the shit he has talked about Marvel.

I'll bow to your expertise on the various colors of Hulks. All that I remember, and I'm doing good to remember even that, is that he started out grey, then turned green.

Maybe they need to add the character of the Jolly Green Giant. Almost indistinguishable from the Hulk when the Hulk is in the active state, but he stays in that state and if he doesn't like you, he hits you with a can of peas. You will be able to distinguish Grey Hulk from the Jolly Green Giant. Might as well make him an Avenger, everybody else is.

BTW this is my 1000th post. I have no life.

Hey, there's also this guy named Paul Bunyan and his blue ox, Babe...
