I was looking for vampire movies online and came across one that Sharon Tate was in. Then everything I read was "omg she's dead!" "crime scene photos look here!" "bla bla bla."
 
I didn't see any - it was just the first link on google search so I clicked on that.

Yeah, I just looked at the link you sent me. She was an actress that was killed by someone named Manson. She was pretty!
 
I thought she was killed by the Manson Family. That's what I read anyway! I must admit after reading how she died on that site I don't really want to look on google in case there are some grusome pictures.
 
Try searching on Wikipedia next time... they have a policy against putting gruesome pictures directly on pages. They may link to them, but you'll never see them unprepared... I think. (Oh and just for the record... image searching her on google is NOT recommended.)

Sharon Marie Tate (24 January 1943 "“ 9 August 1969) was an American actress.

During the 1960s she played small roles in television, before starting her film career. She appeared in several films that utilised her physical beauty, and after receiving positive reviews as a light comedienne was hailed as one of Hollywood's promising newcomers. Tate's celebrity status and role as a style icon of the "Swinging Sixties" increased after fashion magazines began featuring her as a model and cover girl. Married to the film director Roman Polanski, Tate was eight months pregnant when she, along with four others, was murdered in her Benedict Canyon home by followers of Charles Manson.

Don't worry I won't be searching for her!
Wow, I'm surprised that there are people that haven't ever heard of Sharon Tate! Especially since she was pregnant and married to Roman Polanski. It still seems to be big news, even though it happened so long ago. Charles Manson was a creepy, creepy guy, getting all those people to murder for him.

Yeah I've really never heard of her! I suppose i've never seen any of her films though and my parents never discussed her with me so I was clueless. I also don't know much about Charles Manson!

Curiosity got the best of me and I did search for her on google. Are the pictures I found real? Like... I don't think we should even go into it.

Let me try to take this topic away from something gross. uh... So, I was looking for "The Fearless Vampire Killers," when I found her. It says it's a horror/comedy movie. Is it any good? Worth renting?
 
I'm not sure I really liked the look of that movie and might rent it! I haven't googled her but I did google Charles Manson and the story of the night of her murder isn't nice.
 
Yeah the crime scene photos aren't exactly nice either.

She was such a beautiful and talented woman. It's a shame something so terrible had to happen to her! This makes me sad. 🙁

And who is the sick individual who put her crime scene photos on the internet?!
 
i knew i'd heard her name before but i kinda spaced. such a sad story!!!

i searched for her on google and there wasn't any gruesome pics as far as i could see, there might be if you look long enough, but even ounder images, i only saw some posing pics of her and some pics of her and her husband, her when she was preggers.

🙁 sad. really sad.

the sites you should avoid however, is celebirtymourge.com... they have crimescene photose.... 🙁 lets just put it like this, that i wish i hadn't wandered in there... i think its so macabre. to collect photos of dead celebs... one thing is to collect pics of celebs who are alive, but dead???
 
Yeah, I saw the E! True Hollywood Story of her and ... let's just say that creepy is an understatement. The whole Manson family thing just creeps the hell out of me. I've read some statements of his that he said in prison and he's a truly messed up individual. Some sort of God-complex/insanity thing going on there.
 
Sharon Tate was absolutly beautiful, i don't know the story, but i am curious to read the story, i am just so sad that this happened, i feel sorry for her family along with the other victims.

If you want to read more about it then try 'Helter Skelter' its all about The Manson family and the murders. Which actually reminds me I left my copy in London.
 
I find it fascinating that a human being can so easily take the life of another, particularly one that is pregnant. Or that someone will kill, just because another person tells them to. Charles Manson could control a group of people based on his "charisma"? Apparantly he is sent more mail than any other American convict. I wonder what people send him.

Murder is so unacceptable, but its such a common thing.
