I gotta say...well DUH! Faith! She has everything that you need to be a slayer...smarts, moves, attitude, and not to mention looks lol. Buffy would be my second favorite...buffy is cool and all but i think Faith is a way cooler slayer than she is...she gave the show drama, suspense and everything else.
 
Buffy. She knows what it means to be the slayer, and she does her job well. She understands that the slayer is part of her, and has mastered that part of her. Definitly Buffy.
 
Buffy. She's definitely proven herself, and deserves that title.
 
Faith !!! She rocks !!! She likes her job & does it well, I think she is the best slayer, in slaying talk.
For the leading concern, well, ok, maybe B is better.

Dana to the list, cus she is a) clinically insane and b)has some kick-ass moves

Kendra. Buffy bitched too much and Faith had that whole evil thing at the begining. Kendra saw it as just a job and focused on it.
