I decided to pick Spike in the poll cause I couldn't pick everyone. There has been at least one point in the series where they've all made me laugh very hard. They are all hilariously funny in their own way. I laugh at almost everything Oz says, Buffy's sense of humour is the same as mine, who can't laugh at Xander, Willow is so cute sometimes, Spike's kind of 'in your face' humour is hilarious, Giles never fails to crack me up and so on. They all have their funny moments. No one character stands out to me.
 
I was torn between Xander and Anya, but I finally went with Xander because of all the obscure pop culture references, and the sarcasm. 'Cause let's face it, who doesn't love sarcasm?

I try to like him, I really do! I'm finding him not so bad in some episodes of Season 2. Apart from when he's been silly jealous about Angel, but yeah he was awesome in Go Fish, not just cause he's all sexy, but reasonably witty! (Hey, that's a lot coming from me 😛)

Xander's a lot smarter than people give him credit for. Under all that adorable goofiness and biting sarcasm is a big heart and lots of common sense. 🙂

I know, he's not that bad, just not my favourite. My constant ripping on Xander is just a bad habit more than anything! I'm like a school bully - I just can't stop myself!
 
Anya is easily the funniest, at least for me. Especially the fear of bunnies. She was blunt, and initially oblivious to how she came across to others.

Willow's humor was more annoying than cute by season 5. Spike spent his latter seasons on BTVS being Buffy's love-slave and was more annoying than humorous for me. Xander tried hard to be funny, but often just came across as rather pathetic.

When reading the title I thought of Angel, Spike or Cordy.
My vote is for Spike even though I think the other two are a close second. Spike is hilarious and just has some of the best lines. So he got my vote.

I know. Everyone is shocked and amazed that that's who I'd choose. . .

His facial expressions have me laughing all the time.
 
Oh this is a difficult one! I think if I had to pick it would be Anya - as [MENTION=10354]VisionGirl[/MENTION] says its her delivery that is absolutely hilarious! She has so many great lines and I love her randomness in places and just her perception of life. But its a close one between her and Cordelia. Cordelia in her BtvS and early Angel is just soo funny, she comes out with absolute classics and I remember her being the source of all my laughter in Season 1 particularly and most of Season 2. I also think Willow is HILARIOUS! she really has a great insight into things!!!
 
Xander is so funny. Humor is his weapon against the every day life!
I think everybody know about his epic sentence!!! Here we go:
"I laugh in the face of danger, and then I hide until it goes away."
