for me i'd definetly have to say Angel, but i'd like to here some thoughts off of other people to.
 
Spike...without a doubt!!
closely followed by Xander and Connor. 😀
 
Surprise!! lol Spike. I also found Wes veeery sexy in the last episodes of Angel ( have in mind I have only seen season 1 and 5 however ).

Oh! Wait! The question said person right? So I'll definately add Tara there. Darn...if I was a boy 😀
 
if i was to choose from the girls, it'd be a close call between Cordelia and Faith. they are both incredibly beautiful women.

Out of the girls though? Hmm...Faith is right up there. I'd chuck Fred in there too...but she's kinda more cute than hot.
 
I'm just gonna make a list of people in descending hottness David Boreanaz (especially as Angelus), Charisma Carpenter, Eliza Dushku, James Marsters, and Sarah Michelle Gellar season 1-3 and as 'Faith' in season 4. In that order. Willow, Tara, Wes, and Fred are all cute, but not hot.

What is it that always makes a person hotter when they are evil?
 
Actually another was Illyria, she was hot, might have been the skin tight leather 🙂
 
for me i thought angel was pretty hot followed up by Spike, but if i was a guy or just naming who i thought was the hottest girl then id hae to go with willow, especially in the Halloween ep. or as the vamp

Again with the evil factor! Fred's cute before, but once she gets all badass she gets way hot. I don't see it in Willow though, even as a vamp. I didn't like her too much as a vampire, it just didn't seem right to me...
 
faith totally. next would have to be dopplegangland willow. she's just so cute and evil!

and boy-wise... how come nobody is saying giles? 😀
