Who's the Hottest Actress on Television Sci-Fi/Fantasy?

I'm getting a little played out by all the Angel cancelation talk. I think it's time for another senseless poll.

Yeah, I screwed this thread up all over the place. Most importantly, it should have been a poll

I wanted to keep it to one star per series. Sarah wouldn't have been my choice either, but she is the star.

Charmed should have been represented. I just added it. I chose Alyssa Milano as the representitive.

BTW, my personal choice is Jessica Alba from Dark Angel. Did you check out the link to the pic above? Wow!!!

Wait a minute, I just thought of something. I can fit Eliza in there for Tru Calling. Hang on a sec, then look up.
 
I really don't know who to chose. Its close between Eliza, Jessica and Alyssa. I think I'd have to go for Alyssa.

I'd go for SMG followed up by Charisma.

I was thinking maybe someone would see this thread, and post a hottest Sci-Fi/Fantasy actor on TV thread.

Don't make the mistake I did, though. Post it as a poll. It will be more fun.

I'd do it, but I'm not sure I know what a hot guy looks like. Most likely you'd get pics of Andrew and Jonathan - stuff like that.
 
I just read Soulgasm's edit-message to my thread.

Apparently he found a trojan on one of the Pic sites I posted.

Before I get a bad reputation I'd like to explain how that could happen.

A trojan, spyware, or other malware can infect someone from a website. There are 3 ways to do this I can think of off the top of my head.

1. The first is with Active X. Active X is a Microsoft thing. If you use the browser Internet Explorer, Active X comes enabled by default. With Active X it's possible to load malware onto a person's system from the background - meaning hidden.

I use the browser Firefox. Firefox doesn't enable Active X. If there had been malicious Active X on the website I linked to, I wouldn't have noticed it.

2. Some websites will open with a popup telling you to click something before proceeding. When you do, you are infected.

Again, I use the Firefox browser. Firefox disables popups by default. If a malicious popup had been present on one of the sites I linked to I wouldn't have seen it.

3. Microsoft operating systems come with a lot of vulnerabilities. If you don't patch them with Microsoft updates, they can be exploited to place malware on your system.

My system is fully patched. If an exploit was being used to infect systems on one of the sites I linked to, I wouldn't have seen it.

Ok, none of this has anything to do with the subject of the thread, but I thought it was necessary to defend myself.

I've PMed Soulgasm requesting the site he's saying he got the trojan from. When he tells me I'll go there and try to discover the full details on what it is he encountered. If you like I'll post again to tell you what I discover.

In the mean time if anyone did visit the links I posted, and they are noticing their system acting strangely please tell me. I'll help you clean it.
 
Definitely a fun thread. I'll just say that there's something about Jewel Staite--Kaylee on Joss Whedon's Firefly. And if I can figure how to add an image I'll edit this post and do just that!

OK - let's move this to the Gasm Planet of the ? thread and have the planet of the hot TV sci-fi babes...ooh, if Charisma was named after Joop fragrance instead, she'd start with J too...

what about six from tripping the rift...she's pretty hott...even though she's all fake...instead of partially fake like some of the other named chicks...plus she's voiced by like one of the hottest chicks ever...gina gershon...

hmm...in reality...they all are beautiful...all tens...if i had to choose..it would come down to personality...i think eliza would win out...i get the feeling that she could hang with me...and i wouldn't have to hold any thoughts back...

It depends on the version of IE you use. Basically you look for the "options" link in your IE toolbar, navigate to Security > custom then check the box for disable or prompt under anything Active X.

But I'll give you some better advice. Don't use Internet Explorer.

I found the scumware you encountered. It was in the Jessica Alba page. I had to fire up IE to look for it. It was the first time I've done any serious surfing with a wide open version of IE for years. It blew my mind. How do you IE people stand it? There were popups on almost every page, and 3 different sites tried to load spyware onto me. (That was what you encountered BTW).

OK, this is what I suggest you do. Switch to the Firefox browser. No popups. No Active X. Here's where you'll find it.

But back to Sexiest Actess...

Hey, that could also be another thead - Sexiest Video game character.

Or how about Sexiest Cartoon Character. My personal choice - Wilma Flintstone.

She just seemed like kind of an obvious choice and I wanted my pick to be a little more ...unique.
