What I'll do is put you guys down in a twin room provisionally for now. Just trying to get an idea on room allocations before I go away on hols so that Pegasus is up to date on it all 🙂

Hehehe....I'm going hoem tomorrow so I'll sort everything out monetary wise (between hotel, ticket and rail costs, it's addign up...I'm sure I'll manage though 😀 )
 
Well if its any help, Jola (who's our cheque collector) is on holiday and will need at least a few days recoup with bouncy child on her return so there's certainly no madrush to send in ticket cheques within the next week.

Total money for the hotel has to be with us no later than 6 weeks before the event (so about the beginning of June), as we have to confirm the rooms by then otherwise they will be cancelled.

While I think of it - can I have some idea on who wants a hotel room and what type - we are currently working out allocations and don't want to be left short.

Me and Faith still up for the twin I believe (even if she has threatened to drown me in teh shower...so a twin with cctv cameras would be good 😀 ) But I'm not going to be able to send money till easter; is that ok?
 
Thank you for expressing an interest in the Summer Party and a BIG thank you to those that have already paid for their ticket. We are already a third of the way sold.

This is just a reminder to you all that hotel payments need to be sent in to us by the end of May/beginning of June at the latest as we only get the special discounted rate until then. But the sooner rooms are paid for then the sooner allocations can be made.

Don't forget we also have our website up and running - see it at www.earthfireproductions.co.uk For all your party needs we also have a message board - please register, get to know everyone attending and put in your music requests now as our DJ is avidly looking at pleasing ALL music tastes.
