Who's Xanders Yin?

I know theres a similar thread, but this is just a little different. Who do you think is the yin to his yang? Buffy, Willow, Faith, Anya, or Cordelia? :scratchch
 
I'd have to go with Willow. If Xander wasn't the yin to her yang, he never would have pulled her back from the edge at the end of S6. 😀
 
See but Willow and Xander weren't all that different.

I think the most Yang that Xander got for his Yin was Cordy. She was the most opposite from him and put him in his place most. Anya is up there, but there are times that she was subservient to Xander, especially when she didn't know the "human etiquette" of a certain situation.

That doesn't work, because the Yin is the opposite to the Yang.

Cordy & Anya are definately a probable Yang for his Yin.

I know they are similar...and I was originally thinking of Anya as my answer. The reason I went with Willow..is because, just like yin and yang, one can't survive without the other.

And that's why I think Willow is the answer (imo). 🙂
 
Well, I could say Cordelia but actually I don't think she and Xander are that different. They have the same kind of homur in some ways. Or maybe it's just that both of them are kinda stupid sometimes. You know, how they make fun of the fact that they misunderstand things all the time. Nah, I don't know. I'd probably say Anya..
 
The Xander and Anya and in my opinion they are soulmates and I will adore them forever but Xander yin is Willow. They love eachother and trust eachother and would give up themselves for eachother

Okay, I guess when I first posted this I hadn't properly thought my own reply through. To be yin and yang is like night and day. Everything light and everything dark. But Jenny also brought up a valid point that one cannot survive without the other. So I'd have to say Willow. She was a part of Xander he couldn't live without.Now true- she wasn't all dark all the time, but she did have a serious dark side. And you just didn't see that in Xander. He was always the light to bring people out of the darkness. It was his gift. And I think in "Grave" the yin faced the yang standing there before the temple. Just MO. Together with a token could get ya on a bus! 😉
