Im saying Glory. Just some woman in a dress thats a god, and funny. The original and the best. I really liked Caleb too, although the first itself wasnt as good. I was gonna add Gwen to the list, as she could probably easily beat Buffy, Angel or even Caleb or mostly anyone just by touching them.
 
I voted for Illyria. I loved Fred but I think Amy Acker did a great job potraying a crazy Old One.
 
It's Dark Willow for me. I think Illyria and Glory were both great too, and I find Glory absolutely glamorous which for me goes so well with power and evil, but Dark Willow could just kick all of their a***s lol
 
I had to go for Illyria. Amy Acker portrayed her perfectly. Especially in The Girl in Question, when she didn't have the makeup on. Plus, she wasn't around enough for me to find anything annoying about her,
 
Wolfram & Hart. They are so cool.
And for the record, I don't think Gwen could beat Angel or Spike....she tried Angel and only revived his heart
 
definately has to be illyria!!!! i love the quirky head tilt that Amy Acker kept doing as Illyria. Also her powers are awesome! 🙂
 
I have to go with Hamilton, only one of them who was normal imo and among them that is outstanding trait 😛

I picked Jasmine just because she actually believes she is doing the world a favor (which makes her so interesting). I like Illyria but she's lost most of her power so I don't really consider her "MEGA". I also love Dark Willow but I have trouble deciding how much of her is our Willow and how much of her is a foreign entity.
 
Hmmm, just thinking, would you class Adam as a Mega power? He may have been a creation and not an old one, but he had Mega power credentials and from the fights we saw with him and Buffy and then Buffy and Caleb/Glory, Adam seemed just as strong and invincible as them.

I wouldn't. I don't know why, and I have no real reasoning, but I wouldn't. He was strong, but he never seemed completely unbeatable like some of the others. I don't know. Maybe I just don't like him!
 
Hmmm...as much as I enjoyed watched Illyria and I loved Amy's portrayal of her, my personal favorite has to be Glory. I just instantly liked this Big Bad character the moment she was introduced in season 5. I loved her craziness, her fashion sense and the fact that while she would go around sucking the brains of mailmen and raise evil snake demon things she would still go to the store and buy ingredients for her rituals just like a normal human person would. She was such a many-sides-of-many-coins character.

And I loved the way she thought. As for example her killing people she thought perfectly reasonable as she was only doing it to get what she believed was rightfully hers- the key- but Buffy fighting back and kicking her was completely rude and uncalled for. And she put clothes first- gotta love a Goddess who has her fashion priorities. Evil thing aside, I think I could get on with Glory, haha.
 
Dark Willow of course. I love all kinds of Willows. Glory would be in second place though, she's pretty awesome too. But I love the.. err.. darkness.. of Dark Willow..
 
Dark Willow and Illyria. Dark Willows little arc at the end of the season has the best lines... i would have loved to have seen more of Illirya though.
 
Favorite as in likeable - Jasmine. No contest.

Favorite as in coolness factor - Dark Willow. Slightly contested by Illyria.
