Why are you happy today?

This time next week, I'll be moving into my own flat, with my boyfriend and baby 😀 First time I've ever lived without my parents. So on one hand slightly scary, but on the other i'm so excited to finally have a house for my little family =]

Something that made my day brighter:

Talked to my sister in law, she has a 3 and half year old son named Teodor, they live in the other side of the country like 20 hours away, so we see each other very seldom. My sister in law tried to call me yesterday on Teodors behalf (he wants her to call sometimes so we can chat - yesterday it was because he quote "wanted to see how I was doing" - SO cute!), but she couldn't get a hold of me. Today she told me that after she hung up the phone he had looked at her with his big blue eyes all wide and said "Does Mikaela miss me mum?" and my sisterlaw answered "Yes, she does" and he said "I miss her too.". Later that day when they were watching television he looked at her again, smiled and said "tell me Mikaela loves me."

OMG, AWWWWWWW, right?! He's the cutest kid ever! I love him so much! <3
 
My mom is going to take me out to dinner. And my sister is going to watch Buffy with me when I get home. I'm so thankful for how supportive my family's been through all this. I was worried about my father because he always makes fun of me and calls you guys, my friends on BB, my "fake friends." But when I told him "My friend Christopher died" he knew I meant a member of BB and he gave me a hug and told me that he loves me. They've made this all a bit better.

I was having a terrible day, or am really, and then when I sat down for a minute to take a breather this random little toddler came running up to hug me... it was the cutest thing and instantly put a smile on my face

Aww that is a sweet little story Taake. It made me happy.
I don't know why but today seems like its going to a great day! There something in the air that makes feel that things are going to go me way! The birds a cripping teedley dept. The sun is shinning bright! Theres a skip in my ship, a pep in my pep.

I woke up early and refreshed. Then I danced around the house belting out song while getting ready for school. Then my friend and I ate cookies for breakfast while walking to school. Today was a great day. 😀

Having Nick officially announce Winx made my day grow a little brighter... I hope that someday there is a forum family of Winxies like I have a forum family of Scoobies here...

Also, I am so grateful that all my family and teachers have been supportive today... my math teacher especially. I know everyone saw I was really out of it, and I'm glad I have people to lean on.
 
One of my best friends is coming to stay with me next weekend for the whole weekend!! I haven't gotten to see him face to face in two years almost!! AND were going to go meet Julie Benz!!! *dies of happiness*
 
My re-coming out process is going better than I expected... nobody has gone all freaky-outy yet, which is good. My brother DID tell me it was obvious that I wasn't actually into boys, but I'm not sure what I think about that because a lot of people seemed really surprised both when I told them that I was bi, and now that I'm telling them I'm actually a lesbian (for some reason I hate that word, so I've been saying, "I am actually only attracted to girls." The actual terminology makes no appearance).

I hate the word lesbian too. When I told my family I was gay, not bi, I said "I'm not attracted to guys."
I'm happy because I hung out with my family (went out to dinner and shopped til we dropped lol) 😀

Making up for the neg rep... Sorry again.
My Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 blu-ray arrived this morning. 😀 It's not supposed to be out until Monday, so I was so excited! I watched it tonight, and it's just as brilliant as I remember. 😀

I'm excited cause I've been finalizing some traveling plans and it looks like I am indeed going to visit a friend in Michigan this fall, I'm very excited, it's a trip right up my alley - main focus on Krav maga training, running and going to the gym... and of course good food and company 🙂
