I was baby sitting and the mom gave me a HUGE complament. She said that her kids love me and I am the most responsable baby sitter she has had.

Also she pays really well. 😀
 
I sent out a bat signal for Buffy/Whedonverse fans on my college's Class of 2015 fb page, and I found my twin. Seriously. Same favorite season of Buffy (season 5), same love for SMG and Buffy Summers and feminism and politics and Firefly/Serenity. We're both way excited for Ringer and BtVS Season 9 and we even have the same opinion on Season 8. We even had the same thoughts about San Francisco as the setting, about how that way Buffy would technically be like, A BART ride away from us come fall.

Same. exact. thoughts.

😱 This defies science. Cause I'm convinced that we're the same person existing in two places at once and I think there's some scientific principle I vaguely learned about in chemistry class that says this isn't possible. I don't know.

She even likes Dawn. DAWN. THAT IS UNCOMMON IN THE BUFFY FANDOM- I KNOW THIS.

Don't mind me, I'm just excited is all. *flails*

I had a really awesome conversation (on Skype) with my best friend...zobothehobo!! We talked about Buffy-Boards, our friendship, Spike and lots more. I love her more than I can say, but I say it a lot. She is a fantastic person and we laughed for ages about the fact that in her card she drew me with only one eye.

THIS GIRL IS...AWESOME!!

As she just said above me, BananaBuffy and I just had an awesome ZoboBuffy skype call. I love her. And I drew her as a cyclops on the card I sent her... OOps. hahahaha

Seriously though, she's the best. Know it. It's for real.
 
The title of this thread always makes me think of Remember the Titans when Denzel Washington walks into the gym, goes up to Petey and says "why are you smiling?!" That made me smile.

Sounds like it was about bloody time? Kudos to you for doing Physics - I am starting to realise that I've spent fifteen years being sacred of a subject I am entirely capable of understanding.

I'm smiling because even if I am drowning in papers to grade, summer vacation is only three weeks away. Also, I know that I will have a meagre income after August. Beats not knowing that I'll have an income.
 
Found out that I was right and 149 of my classmates were wrong in the chemistry exam yesterday 😀 They made me think I had failed the exam, okay one question, but it turns out they did 😀 And when I say 149, its more like all my friends in school and how they were so sure I was wrong 😀.High five for being smart?
